"never again - Reception impersonal, a paper with the "house rules" is immediately pressed into your hands, which really only contains terms like "you must..." "it is forbidden..." etc. We had reserved a comfort pitch with private bathroom and cable TV. Private bathroom was not clean. The cable connection did not work...Reported at the reception and we were given a channel list in our hands. Explained that the TV had an automatic channel search system so that was not the problem. Nothing further was done. We came back after shopping and the barrier pass did not work. Eventually it turned out that the campground had disabled the barrier to prevent the grass from being broken after rainfall. No bill or announcement of this at the barrier, figure it out for yourself...because of this we had to walk 4 out of 7 days and even on the last day the barrier was not allowed to open to put the car near the caravan to load. No, just lugging all the luggage around the campsite. By the way, 2 other cars passed the barrier and could be parked in front of the mobile home. The campground owner's excuse was that these cars could drive over a paved area and therefore did not cause any damage. This was a cock story: outward paved could be done, but back had to be driven on grass and at night those cars were in the grass. Staff is laconic, not cordial and has no interest in the guest. It is not said, but a body language and way of speaking that leaves nothing to be desired: Every question seems a task to answer, as well as putting on a friendly face. Even after the storm we endured, for example, there was no brief inquiry as to whether we had weathered the storm. Pay, don't nag and get lost seems to be the motto here!
