"Super friendly campsite - Actually, everything from the other reviews is already written here. I would also like to add that the team is super friendly and helpful. The tips for hikes, refreshment stops etc. were simply great and made our short stay in Saxon Switzerland a super experience. Thank you for that.

"Small square - Small and well-kept campsite on the outskirts of Hinterhermsdorf. Ideal starting point for hikes in the rear part of Saxon Switzerland. The sanitary facilities are new and very clean, as are the washing-up areas. There is also a small store and homemade cakes in the afternoon.

"Nice little CP with direct connection to public transport - We wanted to stay one or two nights and stayed 3. Everything was neat and clean. Bread roll service and you can also buy something. The village also has small restaurants. Ideal for hiking. You can also take the bus to more distant destinations and walk the rest. The only drawback was that the showers, washbasins and toilets are located together. Brushing your teeth can be unpleasant when others are using the toilet.

"Small but nice - We were here at Whitsun and, like all the other places, it was very full. At this time of year, it really makes sense to book in advance. The pitch was ok, even though we were on one pitch with two caravans (both at full price) and it was not possible to set up awnings or the like for both caravans. The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities deserves special mention. Even though the number of toilets and showers is very limited and queuing was unavoidable, everything was always very clean. The same applies to the scullery, thank you for that! There were also fresh bread rolls every day, so thumbs up for that too! The site is a paradise for every hiker and nature lover. You can leave your car here and set off straight away. If you get lost, you can take the bus back, the bus stops in both directions are right by the square. You can also be in the Czech Republic in no time (Sebnitz border crossing). All in all, highly recommended, we will definitely come back again at a quieter time.
