"Pleasant campsite - This campsite is beautifully situated on Lake Kummerow. Easy to find individual pitches. The staff always endeavor to cater to guests' wishes. The snack bar attached to the sales point (and a little more) not only provides food for snack-goers, but also, if required, for camping enthusiasts. There are cultural activities for both children and adults.

"Summer village - My friend and I went there spontaneously on our trip through the Mecklenburg Lake District on our mopeds. Super nice reception, great food, sanitary facilities at their best, and all at an unbeatable price !!!!

"An "unplanned" campsite - As the title suggests, the site was not planned. On the way to another campsite by the lake, we wanted to take a look at this campsite in Sommersdorf. Our first impression was positive, so we decided to stay for 2-3 days. The infrastructure confirmed the positive impression. But what persuaded us to stay longer was the informal, very friendly and personal approach of the whole team on the site. Whatever our request was, they responded positively. Even when we asked where we could get fresh bread (there were no stores nearby), the answer was immediate: "My husband is going shopping later, he can bring you some." When we found out that my wife had serious back problems, everyone in the team kept asking how you were doing, can we do anything for you, etc. And it was clear that my wife had a lot of back problems. And it was clear that it was a matter of genuine sympathy. We've been traveling with our little camper van for 3 months every summer for 10 years and, quite honestly, you can look for a place with such a team, from the boss to every member of staff, with a magnifying glass.
