"Great place - One of the nicest places we've ever been to. Nice staff, super clean sanitary facilities, good restaurant. Affordable in the low season.

"For the camper is a viable alternative to the RV area - I read another reader's very critical comment. I was there in August 2014, the management was new and I do not know if it was a further turnover of managers but I did not find all the flaws that my predecessor saw there. Bathrooms not recent but clean, in-house market fairly well stocked, campsite clean and uncrowded (in particular there were no permanent residents), I confirm the presence of German big groups -sometimes a bit rowdy- in areas reserved for them. Staff always courteous and helpful, animation simple but nice and efficient. The price is below average (camper and three people at 35-38 euros/day in the week of August 15) lower than even asked in some camper areas on the Ionian this same year. Sometimes to the bad impression a campground leaves us depends more on other campers than on the managers themselves

" - THE GOLDEN DAYS OF THIS CAMPGROUND HAVE BEEN OVER FOR A FEW YEARS NOW COINCIDING WITH THE CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT THAT HAS DECREED IN MY OPINION THE END OF THIS WONDERFUL FACILITY NOW LEFT TO COMPLETE ABANDONMENT AND DEGRADATION OF THE FACILITIES. FROM A SANITARY POINT OF VIEW, ANY SANITARY INSPECTOR SHOULD CLOSE THE CAMPGROUND AND PRESCRIBE A TOTAL MAKEOVER OF THE TOILET PLATES WHICH ARE IN A PITIFUL STATE: DRAINS NOT WORKING, WATER BOTH COLD AND HOT MISSING FREQUENTLY DUE TO PUMP MALFUNCTION. PRESENCE OF A SINGLE FOUNTAIN OF POTABLE WATER THAT CERTAINLY DOES NOT HAVE ANYTHING POTABLE BECAUSE IT IS BROWN COLOURED AND IF LEAVED IN A TANK GENERATES GREEN ALGES AFTER 1 OR 2 DAYS. THE CLEANING OF THOSE TOILETS IS THE LOWEST THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. ALWAYS EVERYTHING IS DIRTY AND INDECENT AND THE MOST ABSURD THING IS THAT EVERY BOX WITH TURKISH POTS IS LITERALLY INFESTED BY HUNDREDS OF MOSQUITOES THAT ANNOUNCE IN THE PIPES AND WAIT VORACIOUSLY ON THE WALLS AND DOORS. NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT I PERSONALLY HAVE SPOTTED AS MANY AS 2 MICE IN THE VICINITY OF A BATHROOM. IN THE ENTIRE CAMPING THERE WERE 2 PLATES OF HYGIENIC SERVICES CLOSED BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT WORKING AND THE ONLY PLATE REALLY WELL DONE FOR SOME YEARS WAS THIS YEAR FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF A GERMAN ORGANIZED GROUP THAT WITH A FENCING HAD DELIMITED A GOOD PORTION OF THE CAMPING AND THE BATHROOMS THEMSELVES THEMSELVES. KEEP IN MIND THAT THE ONLY DISABLED BATHROOM IN THE ENTIRE CAMPGROUND IS LOCATED IN THIS PLATE OF BATHROOMS (#3 TO BE PRECISE) AND THEREFORE WAS NOT USABLE BY EVERYONE. ALL THAT CONSTITUTED REAL PILGRIMS TOWARDS THE ENTIRE VAST AREA IN SEARCH OF A MORE DECENT BATHROOM OR AT LEAST WITH AT LEAST MOSQUITOES AND ESPECIALLY A WORKING SHOWER !!! IN THE ENTIRE CAMP THERE WERE 2 GERMAN ORGANIZED GROUPS WHO HAD PROBABLY AUTHORIZED TO DO ANYTHING AT ANY TIME WITHOUT RESPECTING ANY POINT OF THE RULES OF THE CAMP WHICH BY THE WAY THIS YEAR WAS NOT EVEN DELIVERED TO ME ON ARRIVAL MAYBE BECAUSE IT WAS MISSING! IT HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES THAT THESE GERMAN GROUPS, MOST OF THEM UNDERAGE, ORGANIZED INSIDE THEIR "SUB-CAMPING" REAL PARTIES SEASONED WITH LOTS OF ALCOHOL AND VERY LOUD DISCO MUSIC AND ESPECIALLY UNTIL VERY LATE AT NIGHT. IN SOME CASES THE STEREO WAS NEVER OFF FOR THE ENTIRE NIGHT !!! IN TWO INSTANCES BOTH I AND OTHER CAMPERS WHO WERE MY NEIGHBORS WENT TO THE FRONT DESK LATE AT NIGHT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT WHAT WAS HAPPENING, WONDERING WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SECURITY. AN AWAKE AND ALMOST SLEEPING BOY PROMISED THAT HE WOULD COME TO ASK FOR THE MUSIC TO BE TURNED OFF BUT HE NEVER Came. DURING THE NIGHT ANYTHING WAS POSSIBLE: LOUD MUSIC, LOUD MUSIC PARTIES, WATER BALLOONS, THEFT, ETC. IN SHORT, ANARCHY AND TOTAL ABANDONMENT. TURNING BACK TO THE STRUCTURE, IN RESPECT TO HOW IT WAS YEARS AGO AND IN RESPECT TO WHAT IT SAID ON THE SITE, IT DOES NOT HAVE A DAY AND NIGHT VIGILANCE, A DISCOTECA (WHICH WAS BEAUTIFUL AND WAS DISMANTLED YEARS AGO), AN INTERIOR MARKET (IN REALITY PRESENT BUT OPEN ONLY A FEW HOURS IN THE MORNING BUT TOTALLY USELESS BECAUSE IT SELLS VERY FEW AND ESPECIALLY USELESS THINGS - THE REAL MARKET IS LOCATED 300MT FROM THE STRUCTURE ENTRANCE REACHABLE BY WALKING ALONG A DANGEROUS ROAD OF A STATEWAY!!). ALSO THROUGHOUT THE CAMPGROUND THERE ARE SEVERAL ABSOLUTELY NON-FUNCTIONING FIRE HYDRANTS AND SOME (INSUFFICIENT) FIRE EXTINGUISHERS THAT HAD THE OVERHAUL COUPON IN ORDER ON WHICH I HAVE SEVERAL DOUBTS SINCE THE EXTINGUISHERS WERE VERY DATED AND COMPLETELY RUSTED. ENTRANCE TO THE CAMPSITE WITH CARS WAS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME OF NIGHT AND DAY. FOR ALL MY PERMANENCE IT NEVER HAPPENED THAT THERE WAS ANYONE AT THE NGRESS TO CHECK WHO WAS. ANYONE COULD ENTER, CAMPAIGN OR ADDICTLY STEAL, THEN GET OUT, AND NO ONE WOULD EVER NOTICE. I HEARD ABOUT A BICYCLE THEFT OF

In the beautiful Bay of Peschici, immersed in a centuries-old olive grove is the Tourist Village-Camping "Parco degli Ulivi". Not far from the Marina and from the town center, 140.000mq equipped for a great holiday in contact with nature and …relaxing but also exciting and fun activities. The Village area offers apartments and houses in masonry well inserted between olive trees and flowers, decorated and equipped with every comfort. With beach service and hikes in the price, it offers the opportunity of the half and full board, including drinks. The camping area has large and flat spots surrounded by natural greenery and is complete with toilets also for disabled,showers with hot water and camper service. The private beach has a gently sloping seabed, making it especially suitable for children and becomes, in the warm evenings summer , the center of animation festivals, bonfire and “Pettolate”. Guests: bar, supermarket with fruit and vegetable store, restaurant, pizzeria with wood oven, bike rental, doctor's surgery. For lovers of the sport are available free to our sports facilities: swimming pool with water slide and pool for children, 2 soccer fields, tennis, bocce, volleyball, streetbasket and riding with rides for children aged 4 to 14 years.
