"Beautiful location - The site was still very busy in September. It is a small campsite with many permanent campers. The pitches are large enough and mostly under trees. The sanitary facilities are clean but in need of renovation. No importance is attached to this. The beach and the sea are very beautiful. The old Peastum is just around the corner. The pizzeria on site is chaotic, but tasty and reasonably priced. You can get fresh bread in the store.

"The surprise came at the end. - We stayed at the campsite for 9 days at the end of September. It was very full despite the low season. The pitches at the back are relatively spacious and shady towards the sea, but difficult to reach for large WBs and also small in places. The beach is clean and in good condition for southern Italy, even if there is always garbage lying around. You can easily go for long walks on the beach, even with your dog. The Paestum excavations are just a few minutes' walk away. The restaurant on site is inexpensive and good and there is a very good pizzeria nearby. Fruit and vegetables are available in the village. The sanitary facilities are outdated, like almost everywhere in southern Italy there is no toilet paper. However, they are cleaned every day and were always clean. It is likely that school classes stay in the rental accommodation. As a result, it often gets restless in the square. But the surprise came when we paid. We were charged for the day. If you arrive at 4 pm and leave at 9 am, you have to pay for two days. I've never experienced that before

"Relaxation culture and beautiful walks - An unforgettable place, in caravan with family 3persons, a 7 year old girl and a dog,we really enjoyed it. It is the second year that we return, and we will definitely return,the sea is ideal for learning to swim, Agostino's pizzas then are in themselves a great attraction.

"Close to the historic temple complex - Pitch with mature trees. Clean sanitary facilities. As almost everywhere in southern Italy, there is a lack of toilet paper, toilet seats and urinals for the men. It's possible that a dozen school classes will set up camp in the pine forest. Then it gets restless in the front part of the square. The restaurant is inexpensive and good. In the small town there is a mini market on the right and a little further on there is a fruit and vegetable shop (long lunch break until 5pm). It is incomprehensible why the place and beach facilities can be so littered. However, the square and the associated beach make a decent impression. The histor. The historical facilities can be reached on foot in half an hour. The best time to visit is in the morning (admission €12 per person).

"Top location - Located directly on the long sandy beach. The pitches are large enough and protected from prying eyes by hedges. The showers are cleaned daily but are quite old. The staff are very friendly and helpful with questions about excursions. There are several lifeguards at the water's edge. The pizzeria is reasonably priced and the food tastes good. You can reach the excavations within a few minutes by bike, and you can also cycle to the next larger town. Tip: Take the train for excursions, it's cheap and you don't have to search for a parking space. All interesting towns can be easily reached this way. On the negative side, we remember the loud entertainment every evening. After a tip it became a little quieter.
