"Own sanitation in Corona time - Campground is beautifully situated and nice and quiet. Perfect for hiking and biking. Places are on the small side

"Grey stay with minibus to Maastricht to see Andre Reiu - Quiet pleasant site just outside Valkenburg, onsite small swimming pool, bar and small shop. Bus stop 500mt away at top of lane with frequent service to Valkenburg or walkable in 40 min. Plenty of cycle routes, a lot not on the main road. Pitch a reasonable size for our 6.5mt motor home sideways on, some hard standing but ours was grass. Bar has some simple food and the staff are very friendly and have a great knowledge of the area. Ain't reason for going was to see Andre Rieu live in Masstricht, the sight lays on a minibus at a reasonable price to take you (had to do 3 to accommodate us all) , 18 other people from 3 countries on the site for this which we did not expect but got on well with. We would use the site again if we are in this area.

" - We camped for 3 nights at this nice campground at the end of May. The reception is located in a small cabin in the restaurant, when you enter the building, immediately on the left. The reception was friendly, we were asked to pick and pitch and to give the number, then they checked if the pitch was not reserved. The pitches are spacious and the electricity connection is nearby. The road to the Keutenberg is of course frequently used by (racing) cyclists, unfortunately they talk very loudly to each other and as we were close to this road this was sometimes disturbing. The restaurant has good food and the terrace is also a pleasant place to be. The sanitary facilities are modern and nicely kept clean. All attractions in South Limburg are easily and quickly accessible from the campsite. All in all, we spent a few enjoyable days here.

Camping Vinkenhof is een gezellige familiecamping en is gelegen in Schin op Geul vlakbij Valkenburg in Zuid-Limburg. De camping ligt heerlijk rustig aan de voet van de legendarische Keutenberg. Een waar Eldorado voor fietsers en wandelaars. De camping is omgeven …door de natuurgebieden van het Gerendal u loopt vanaf de camping zo de natuur in. In de buurt van de camping is van alles te beleven. Valkenburg met al zijn attracties ligt op loopafstand van Camping Vinkenhof. Ook Maastricht, Aken, Luik en de Belgische Ardennen zijn makkelijk met de auto bereikbaar vanaf de camping. In de zomervakantie is er een recreatieteam op de camping aanwezig die van alles organiseerd voor jong en oud.
