"Nice, small campsite by a bathing lake - Small, well-kept and chilled campsite by a small bathing lake and directly below the Schleching climbing wall. Level pitches and large enough. We were traveling with the motorhome. With the guest card you have access to public transport and thus by bus and train to the Chiemsee and can leave the WoMo. Bus stop and great restaurant (Gasthof Zellerwand) within walking distance of the site. The proximity to the highway is clearly audible and especially disturbing at night. There must have been a change of operator, you can see in every nook and cranny how much effort they put into the further development of the site. Will definitely be back again.

"Fine quiet clean campsite with pleasant owners - Absolutely recommended if you like peace and quiet and want to let your child run loose on the campsite since it is not too big. Owners are very approachable clean plumbing, ample supply herein given size of the campsite. Beautiful surrounded by mountains and beautiful lake

"Great and quiet campsite by the lake - We really enjoyed our stay and would go there again in a heartbeat. We camped with two boys aged 7 and 9 on the back meadow. The children were often at the lake with their landing nets and got to know lots of other cynics. There is electricity at the meadow; the road didn't bother us at all, there was hardly any traffic at night. There is a good bread roll service and the sanitary facilities were small but in good order. Even though there aren't many showers, we never had to queue during the 9 days. The operators were very friendly. If you are looking for a quiet, cozy place, this is the place for you.

"Familiar place under new management - The campsite has been under new management since 2020. The hosts are very helpful and extremely friendly. The campsite is quiet. The size is pleasant. Directly behind the campsite is the Zeller Wand, which offers climbing opportunities in many levels of difficulty and variations. There is a restaurant with a beer garden within walking distance of the campsite. All in all, we felt very comfortable. Many thanks to the hosts. Keep up the good work.

"It could be a great place if... - The location of the campsite on the small lake in the valley is very nice and the small campsite would have potential - if the operators were different. The landlady is so unfriendly - she would have been better off choosing a job without human contact. At least her husband is polite and sociable. Overall, as a non-permanent camper you don't feel very welcome - especially with a child. The sanitary facilities are clean but completely undersized (only 4 showers, no family shower). And there are strict signs everywhere reminding you of what is forbidden (dogs, washing clothes in the sink, brushing teeth in the washing-up area, barbecues, fires, etc.). Electricity (3 euros per day) and WiFi (2 euros per day) completely overpriced, the latter hardly usable. Water/waste water only available at the main building. We won't be back (unless the management changes)
