"BeautifulCP - Nice and quiet CP. Unfortunately very weak WLAN. The small town of Eberbach can be reached on foot in 20 minutes.

"nice CP but "shitty" - Actually a beautifully located CP but the CP is "shitty" from front to back by geese. The path across the site resembles a "minefield", especially when it is dark (the site is very badly lit) and you then go into the camper or caravan with shoes like these. The path to the outdated sanitary facilities resembles a mountain hiking trail, steeply washed out, an imposition in terms of the risk of accidents. The men's showers are of limited use as some of the mixer taps do not work. Gastronomy on site very !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! expensive, if you take the food with you to the pitch you sometimes pay half !!!!???? Quiet on the pitch well if even the staff don't keep to the lunch break (lawn mowing with ride-on mower or brush cutter in the middle of lunchtime, if you want to speak to staff no reaction "don't understand" Conclusion you don't have to give yourself Disappointing.

"Our spontaneous short stay - We spontaneously decided to stay here, which we were able to do. We really liked the tranquillity of the site and the great location on the Neckar. I particularly commend the support given to retrieve an item forgotten and found in the washroom after our departure.

"disappointing - The campsite and its location were very nice. Unfortunately we had to leave early because the Neckar had risen by more than 2m overnight. The next morning there was still about 40cm from the river to the edge of the lawn before we would have gotten "wet feet". The water level rose. The parking lot in Eberbach at the ferry landing stage was closed. The Neckar had turned from a calm river into a powerful current overnight. The riverside road to Hirschhorn was closed due to flooding. We were very surprised that the campsite operator didn't think it was necessary to inform the campers about this or that we could have moved to a higher pitch, but we wouldn't have been able to leave if the water level had risen. She made fun of this on departure with the words: "the Neckar is falling again, are you afraid of floods?". After yesterday's flood disaster in North Rhine-Westphalia and the extreme rainfall in the Stuttgart area that night, when the Neckar rose extremely, it can be described as grossly negligent that the campsite operator did not consider it necessary to inform the campers about this. Even a small, friendly "thank you" after I put €100 on the counter for three nights and the money was thrown back at me without comment would have cost nothing. You can see what our world has become out of greed for profit. I don't think it's likely we'll see them again.

"Recommended campsite - Beautiful campsite right on the Neckar. Very nice and uncomplicated hosts. Great view of Eberbach. The town can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The sanitary facilities are older - but very well maintained. Small Italian restaurant with terrace available - very tasty!

"Beautiful little square on the Neckar - The site is small, but beautifully situated. Directly on the Neckar, opposite the beautiful town of Eberbach. The reception is very friendly and there is a bread roll service. As there are only a few power points, you may need a long cable. The busy road on the other bank is a bit of a nuisance and there is no midday peace. A drainage pipe leads directly into the Neckar, which smells a bit strong. The wash house is a bit outdated, but clean. The chemical toilet is located in the men's toilet, so watch out for women traveling alone! Unfortunately, there are no washing and toilet facilities for children. The path to the wash house is also a little difficult for people who have difficulty walking.

Der Campingplatz liegt in den sanften Hügeln des Odenwaldes am Neckar, gegenüber der Altstadt mit einem herrlichen Blick. Das Hallen- bzw. Freibad ist direkt nebenan. Auch der Fahrradweg ist unmittelbar am Campingplatz. Es gibt genügend Wanderwege übrigens in Eberbach steht …der höchste Baum Deutschlands. Ein Ausflug nach Heidelberg ist immer lohnenswert und mit der S-Bahn in 30 min zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Eberbach. Fast alle größeren Lebensmittelmärkte sind vorhanden. Wir bieten Ihnen täglichen Brötchenservice, einen kleinen Notfallkiosk, das Freibad ist direkt nebenan. Gasflaschen können sie bei uns tauschen. Unser Restaurant hat eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Neckar und die Altstadt. Wir freuen uns, Sie bei uns zu begrüßen.
