"Great weekend - I would like to emphasize the friendliness of the staff ...Our booking process went more than great... we had booked and I had to cancel two days before because our host was sick... on the phone we tried to find a solution... FREE rebooking because it was possible... if the weekend had not gone on yes then I would have just paid the cancellation fees... completely normal... TOP 🔝 About the campsite... located directly on the ski slope... you can be in the city center in 10 minutes on foot. The wash house is awesome... an absolute oasis of well-being... and also very well maintained 🔝 We felt very well looked after. Thank you, we will be back

"Do not book - All campers who want to book here in advance should be aware of this site's abusive cancellation policy. If you can avoid booking, do so, it's simply a trap to get money from customers or, if you're lucky, from your travel insurance. Cancellations are as follows: - 30€ no matter when you cancel, it's a flat rate. - 50% or at least 50€ if you cancel between 60 and 30 days in advance. - 100% if you cancel 29 days in advance. These conditions are non-negotiable and are changed by the campsite in advance, which makes them a possible unfair term within the meaning of EU Directive 31993L0013. For this reason, a pitch can be rented several times for the same period, giving the campsite a good income without doing anything. Be aware that the weather in this area is very unpredictable, and cancellations due to bad weather are very likely. Raise your voice if you also have this problem, otherwise they will continue this practice.

"Beautiful campsite, super great sanitary facilities - It was our first time at this campsite and we were impressed by the great, clean sanitary facilities. Our pitch was spacious and there were plenty of water taps nearby. Unfortunately, the bakery was on vacation, so there was no bread delivery service. The nearest bakery was 5 minutes away by bike and a good 10 minutes on foot. The campsite was not lit at night. However, the receptionist said that there should actually be some lights on at night... Unfortunately there's no restaurant nearby, but it's not far to the center of Winterberg. There's plenty of choice here. All in all, we liked it very much. In winter, the location right next to the ski lift is unbeatable.

"Top address - Excellent sanitary facilities. Very friendly people at the reception. Great location, many destinations are easy to reach. I met a lot of nice people. I would love to come back here.

"Great weekend in July - Even the contact before we arrived was great. We were traveling with several people - Wowa and tent - and had a great pitch on which we were all accommodated. The sanitary facilities are great, and the older site is also very well maintained. We will be back.
