"Beautiful landscape, poor infrastructure - We stayed on the pitch for a week. The pitch was big enough for a caravan and a car. The tourist pitches are separated by hedges and small trees. The site and the surrounding landscape are attractive. The pitch number was no longer legible, which is why we promptly photographed the wrong meter reading. The electricity consumption was estimated during billing. The meter box was sitting on the floor, the door could not be closed, everything looked damp. There are no shopping facilities on the site, the nearest market is approx. 3 km away. The sanitary area is either rarely cleaned or only very superficially. We are not planning another visit.

"Idyllic spot on the edge of the forest - The site is located right on the edge of the forest and next to the swimming pool. Some of the pitches are separated by hedges, so you can decide for yourself whether you prefer to be on your own or whether you want to connect with other campers. There is the right pitch size for every purpose. The permanent campers are very helpful and every guest is warmly welcomed. Unfortunately, the site is a little outdated, but the groundsman and his team make every effort to make every guest as comfortable as possible. Children and pets are also welcome on the site. There are shops in the town center about 2 km away. The campsite is a good starting point for excursions in the surrounding area, e.g. to Saarlouis with its beautiful old town, the Saarschleife near Mettlach and the Saarpolygon on the slag heap in Ensdorf with a beautiful view as far as France. As the site is in a very quiet location, you are reliant on your own vehicle, as local public transport leaves something to be desired. To sum up, the site is suitable for families as well as individual campers and offers a wide range of leisure activities.
