"Symmetrical .... Well managed and located campsite - Beautiful, well-managed and organized site with sufficient space for all types of motorhomes. Inexpensive starting point for many excursions, especially by bike. Delicious food and beer garden. Small but nice .....

"Super great weekend... - We immediately felt at home when we checked in. Super nice reception and also the whole weekend when contact with the operators was always nice, friendly, funny... simply great. The restaurant is also highly recommended, really tasty. It was our first time here, but definitely not the last. Due to the great atmosphere the whole weekend, we threatened to return soon 😉

"Family-friendly place as a good base for Edersee vacation, we will be back - It's a good thing that we phoned the friendly groundsman at short notice to make a reservation, because the site is (rightly) already full in the low season. The sanitary facilities are as good as new and were always spotlessly clean. Electricity and WLAN are included in the pitch rental, shower tokens and fresh water refills cost extra. The pitch was big enough for our 7.4m motorhome, but a bit muddy due to all the rain. There is a lot going on during the day, but it was quiet at night. We had no satellite reception due to the trees, but we had good free WiFi, which our daughter could use to watch her series via Joyn. There is a free mini golf course opposite. Edertalsperre can be reached by car in just under 10 minutes, treetop walk in 15 minutes. Conclusion: Family-friendly place as a good base for an Edersee vacation, we'll be back!

"Simply TOP! Nothing more to say - As already written...TOP place. Price / performance is great. Showers / sinks cost extra. Is here in the area but often so ... At the total price fits but again ... Would come again anytime!

Campingplatz Affolderner See Wir freuen uns, auch Sie als Gäste begrüßen zu dürfen, herrlich eingebettet in die unberührte Natur des Nationalparks Kellerwald Edersee, direkt an einem der saubersten Flüße Deutschland, der Eder gelegen. Der Affolderner See ist nur etwa 200m …entfernt und somit fussläufig zu erreichen. Einer der schönsten Fahrradwege Deutschlands führt direkt am Campingplatz vorbei. Geniessen Sie die Ruhe in der Natur und die Geselligkeit in unserem liebevoll angelegten Biergarten bei einem kühlen Bier und unseren hausgemachten Spezialtitäten aus der Küche. Seit Januar 2023 sind wir nunmehr das 3. mal in Folge bei 23.000 europaweit bewerteten Campingplätzen auf Platz 88 gelandet, das erfüllt uns mit unglaublich Stolz und wir danken allen Gästen, die das möglich gemacht haben. Gleichzeitig auch wieder Ansporn für Familie Schreger, unseren neuen Pächter, an dieser Stelle wünschen wir Schreger´s einen super Start und eine erfolgreiche Saison 2023. Wenn Sie über die A49 kommen fahren Sie die Ausfahrt Wabern ab auf die Bundesstraße 253 Richtung Bad Wildungen (Osten). Kurz vor Bad Wildungen wechseln Sie auf die Bundesstraße 485 Richtung Edertal (Norden). Nach 8km auf der B485 biegen Sie …links ab auf die Brückenstraße. Nach weiteren 1,5 km überqueren Sie die Eder und noch während Sie auf der Brücke sind sehen Sie rechts unseren Campingplatz! Wenn Sie über die A44 kommen sollten Sie an der Ausfahrt Zierenberg die Autobahn verlassen und auf der B 251 Richtung Istha (SW) fahren und wechseln dort auf die B450 in Richtung Balhorn (S). Hier wechseln Sie auf die Landstraße 3215 in Richtung Naumburg bzw. Waldeck. Wenn Sie im Ort Netze ankommen wechseln Sie auf die B485 und fahren weiter Richtung Waldeck (S). nach ca. 6km auf der B485 fahren Sie auf der K34 weiter in Richtung Affoldern und sind dann nach 2km schon am Ziel!
