"I will not recommend this place to others - Actually we wanted to stay 5 days which we had booked in the booking confirmation we then found that only 2 days were reserved for us after a phone call it was then but 5 days

"3rd time disturbance of the peace - I think it's an outrageous impertinence that something like this happens, there is not even any consideration for others and then others are blamed who have done nothing.

"If you're happy with that, then it's okay - An aging campsite that is apparently managed by the municipality. Although there is a groundsman, I found the attention to detail here lacking, as is the case with privately run campsites. Registration was a "Hello, pay, I'll take you to your pitch". You had to ask for further information (site map/showers/wifi/water/rolls etc). There is an additional toilet block with flushing facilities at the back of the site. However, this is all with cold water and has the charm of a fairground toilet car. When we asked why no boiler or similar was installed, we were told that it was too dangerous. You can take a shower at the main entrance but the whole place has an inflow so a higher cleaning interval would be desirable here. I know that this is not a 5 star place but I have seen this better on small family places that also had an 80s charm. The lake offers a nice beach area for the children. All in all quite ok if you don't expect too much from the place.

"Swimming fun for young and old - The campsite is tidy and clean. You can relax, swim in the lake or explore the beautiful Rhön-Grabfeld. Sulzfeld is just right for a nice vacation or a day at the lake!

"Quiet during the week, sometimes overcrowded during the vacations and at weekends - Very nice bathing lake with sandy beach for children, playground, Kneipp pool, table tennis etc. Greek food is offered in the beer garden. Tourist pitches have no plots, not demarcated, so the caravans are very cramped when overcrowded, hardly any space. 2 taps for fresh water supply for the entire tourist pitch with approx. 30 pitches. When there is little going on, the sanitary facilities are clean and the site is very quiet. Flushing is only possible with cold water at an outdoor basin where others clean shoes, for example. Wifi in the sanitary building area. Showers for a fee.

An der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Bade- und Angelsees befindet sich neben einen Sandstrand auch ein attraktiver Kinderspielplatz, eine …Liegewiese, Beachvolleyballfeld, Tischtennisplatten, Tennisanlage, Grillhütte, Schach- u. Damespielfeld, Outdoor "Mensch-ärgere-dich-nicht", Kneiptretbecken, diekte Anbindung an Wander- und Radwanderwegnetze uvm.. Von April bis Oktober ist der Kiosk am Badesee ganztägig geöffnet (deutsche, italienische und griechische Küche)
