"Camping Blütengrund - We were received very kindly. During the day it is very quiet. By late afternoon the tent field is full again. On weekends it is crowded by family and/or groups of friends. Price 19.50 euros pppn

"Rating - A very beautifully situated site that unfortunately doesn't get any money from the revenue. A new operator is urgently needed here. And something urgently needs to be done to get rid of the unfriendly permanent campers.

"Very outdated - The place is very outdated. Very poor sanitary blocks which are absolutely inadequate in size for the large pitch. Out of 12 men's toilets, 2 were closed because they were defective. For > 12 WoMo 4 4 power connections had to be shared. All in all good but too expensive if you are self-sufficient, we paid ~193€ for 5 days for 2 people.

"Great location, but lots of room for improvement - The place is very nice, but something urgently needs to be done here and there. As I said, we are not very demanding and don't want a super 5-star place, but for the price you can start to wonder. We would still like to come back

"Not as beautiful as the surroundings - We stayed at the campsite again for 2 nights after camping here in 2011 and 2015. As we had booked a canoe tour with the rental company directly on site, it was very practical to stay here again this time. This time, however, with a caravan. On arrival, we were only asked if we had been here before and that we could choose our own pitch. As it was already very crowded on the pitches opposite the sanitary building, we decided on a pitch in the rear area. When we wanted to supply the caravan with electricity, we realized that all the power boxes on this side were out of order. We couldn't find any information on the distribution board. We were also not informed when we arrived. Very frustrating when you have already unhooked the caravan from the car and set it up. We decided to run the fridge on gas and camp without electricity for the time being. The next day, some of the campers had left and we were able to connect to a distant distributor thanks to an extension lead we had connected together. If we had been informed on arrival, the trouble could certainly have been avoided. It is also very sad that the operator has not provided a temporary solution since Pentecost, as we had learned. And for €40 a night, we thought that was pretty cheeky. You can definitely tell that this place is just being skimmed and nothing has been invested in for 12 years. What a shame considering the beautiful location.
