"Beautiful location on the Moselle - Good location directly on the Moselle. Meadow not mowed. Path lighting partly defective, very dark path. WLAN does not work. Nice sanitary, but the light goes out very quickly if no one is in the motion detector. As a result, it is suddenly dark in the shower. very uncomfortable because the motion detector is outside. Completely faulty design. Great for bike tours. Price/performance could be improved. Nevertheless, I would recommend the place and definitely come back

"I don't have to go anymore... - Apart from the fact that we have mixed up the pitch and it should be the place next door, it is already outrageous that we should be on a place that would have just fit the caravan on it and not the awning. And to call this place a Mosel pitch is really outrageous. At best you would have had a view of the ramp to the Moselle. And the cyclists who drove through every day were also totally annoying, especially as they were not guests of the campsite. We will probably avoid this site on our next Moselle vacation.

"We will not be back - We have often spent lovely weekends with our tent at this campsite in Erden. Unfortunately, this time was different. The new operator obviously doesn't attach any importance to satisfied customers. When we arrived yesterday, we were allocated a pitch in the meadow, which was in a slight hollow. We politely asked if we could get another pitch (about 3/4 of the pitches were empty). This was refused as all the pitches were supposedly taken. This morning 3/4 of the pitches were still empty... Due to the massive rain in the night from yesterday to today, our pitch was about ankle-deep in water and we were standing up to our ankles in mud. The rainwater had also penetrated the tent at some point, so we had to break off our weekend trip this morning as the air mattresses, blankets and sleeping bags were also wet. Up to this point we would have said: "adventurous weekend". However, we were taught better on departure: we had to pay for all 4 days. The incredibly unfriendly lady at reception just said: "It's not my fault, a booking is a booking." We see it differently: if the pitch is no longer usable due to the weather, we find it surprising if you still have to pay for it. In this respect, this operator has lost us as a customer.

"Great location, nice staff - We stopped at the site by chance and got a parking space for one night. The reception was great. The space was sufficient for our camper van. The view of the vineyards on the other bank of the Moselle was beautiful. We were lucky that the wine festival was taking place in the village. The sanitary facilities are still very new and were always clean. The food in the small restaurant on site was good. If we are in the area again, we will definitely go back to this campsite.

"Wonderful place - The fantastic location directly on the banks of the Moselle and opposite the steep and rocky vineyard is indescribable.

"Rod owner - We have come to this place every year for 7 years. This year the campsite has new owners. We left at 7.45 in the morning and we opened the gate which is not even locked. The new owner Nadine actually yelled at me in a high voice at checkout for this! I have never experienced anything like this before in my life! There was also another incident earlier with her, but not like this. Her husband seems nice and polite. I feel sorry for him. We will pick a different camping for our futurae holidays in Mosel.
