"Pure nature & relaxation with plenty of peace and quiet - Great campsite for relaxation, peace and idyll, super friendly campsite owner, open to all concerns, super generous space allocation, we were with 2 dogs a chicken and parrot with the Womo on site....all best, pizza service possible to deliver to the campsite.

"Quiet place with potential - we have recovered - Very quiet place above the Bleilochtalsperre, ideal for hiking, fishing and boating. Gravelled, spacious pitches for caravans / campers. The "lake" is a fire extinguishing pond, officially forbidden to swim for insurance reasons. The bread roll service described was not offered to us, self-catering guests can get the necessary goods in Bad Lobenstein, 5 km away. Otherwise, the site is a Wi-Fi, Internet and mobile phone-free zone. The meter columns with integrated water connection are a unique feature; drinking water taps are located on the back or side wall. The kitchen area with stove and fridges is also equipped with kettles and coffee machines. Unfortunately, there is only one toilet and one shower (in one room), which may not be enough when the campsite is fully occupied.

"Pure nature⁷ - It still exists, the camping idyll for nature lovers, here in Saaldorf. A beautiful little campsite surrounded by greenery, with fire pits, covered seating and a pond. It's nice to see that there are still people who uphold and maintain the original camping concept. No "chic", no "mass tourism", just pure nature. Hiking, cycling, swimming or simply relaxing in peace and quiet. That's all you need. Here you immediately notice that Roman, the operator of the campsite, simply puts his heart and soul into it. He has an open ear for every one of his guests. Always according to the motto: "There's no such thing as can't!" The brilliant bread roll service has already been mentioned several times. Dogs are also welcome here, which is unfortunately no longer a matter of course these days. Many thanks dear Roman! We felt very comfortable with you. It was only 3 days, but they were enough to "recharge our batteries"... Keep up the good work! We will definitely be back soon. Best wishes from the Erzgebirge - Silke, Jens and Eddy the dog

"Perfect place for camping. - If you want to relax and unwind in nature, this is the place for you. Whether for tents or mobile homes, for young or old - there is something for everyone. The campsite has a bathing pond with a platform for sunbathing and jumping in. The groundsman is extremely friendly and is always on hand with help and advice. 100m away is the Bleilochtalsperre, where you can fish or do various water sports.

"Pure camping for people and dogs - We spent some very nice days with our children and dogs despite the bad weather. The owners are very nice and committed. Nice that there are still campsites without animation and mass tourism. We would love to come back.

"Small but nice - A CP that is currently under construction. For the current capacity, about 10 pitches, kitchen and WC, bathroom (new) are sufficient. The adjacent area is huge, you can reach the dam in only 3 minutes, forest paths are directly adjacent. Ideal for hikers and dog lovers. Water lovers will get their money's worth. Attention: Always call the landlord, because the signposting to the CP is insufficient !!!

Natur pur - euer neuer Lieblingsplatz! Der „Ferienpark Obere Saale Saaldorf“ liegt idyllisch mitten in der Natur Thüringens am größten Stausee Deutschlands, der Bleilochtalsperre gelegen. Angrenzend an den Campingplatz liegt malerisch eingebettet im Herzen des Ferienparks ein Badeteich. Hier kann …fernab von Lärm in einem natürlichen Umfeld entspannt, sich gesonnt und gebadet werden. Persönlich und gepflegt, bietet unser ganzjährig geöffneter Campingplatz mit seinen 8 Stellplätzen (mit Stromanschluss) ein tolles Fleckchen für Familien, Hundebesitzer, Neucamper als auch Dauergäste, Freunde der Natur und Aktivurlauber. Neben Freiraum und Freundlichkeit erwarten euch in unserem kleinen und noch im Aufbau befindenden Campingplatz zahlreiche Rad- und Fußwege, die sich auch mit dem Hund erkunden lassen. Eure Vierbeiner sind auf unserem Gelände herzlich willkommen. Wer die Atmosphäre eines Campingplatzes sucht, selbst aber weder über ein eigenes Zelt oder einen Wohnwagen verfügt, kann einen Wohnwagen oder eine unserer Finnhütten (4-5 Personen) oder größeren Ferienhäuser (bis zu 6 Personen) mieten. Kleine und große Kinder können sich auf auf dem Gelände des Ferienparks austoben. Neben einem Spiel- und Sportplatz mit Fussball- und Volleyballfeld, stehen auch eine Tischtennisplatte, eine Schaukel sowie ein Sandkasten und ein Trampolin zur freien Verfügung. Mit der Bleichtalsperre genau vor der Tür, bietet sich ein beliebtes Angelrevier. Neben einer Bootsvermietung sind auch Angelguidings buchbar.Über freie Kapazitäten solltet ihr euch bitte vor eurer Anreise erkundigen.
