"Beautiful and dog-friendly place........ - This is a very nice site right on the coast and ideal if you are traveling with dogs. Very well-maintained wash house. Next to the campsite there are delicious restaurants and shopping facilities for groceries. Outdoor pool nearby and lots of forest for walking or cycling. Lovely dog beach with a large meadow for dogs to run free.

"Clean, close to the mudflats and Wernerwald forest - I can neither understand nor confirm the comments "unfriendliness, dogs barking, arrogance". On arrival, you are given a map of the site with an explanation of how to get there. The driveways are one-way streets as they are not very wide. License plate recognition at the barrier makes it easy to pass through. Tethering facilities and drinking bowls in front of the sanitary facilities for dogs. I would like to emphasize that there were no animal droppings and no barking dogs, nor did any owners yell for their four-legged friends. So if you need an alarm clock, you should bring one with you or set your cell phone, otherwise there is a risk of oversleeping. Quiet place in the immediate vicinity of the beach and dog beach and Wernerwald. It is difficult for larger caravans as it is quite narrow. We were there with our van and will definitely be back.

"Campsite not far from the North Sea - Friendly and helpful staff at the registration desk. Clean sanitary facilities. Mainly permanent campers and many dogs on the site, whose owners play the site alarm clock early in the morning with play the site alarm clock with loud commands. The site staff could be friendlier.

"Even a sea view is possible - We spent some very nice days here on the mobile home site at the beginning of October. The infrastructure with stores and restaurants around the site is very good. The sanitary building is clean and tidy. We found the price to be reasonable. We had no problems staying here with our dog.

"Quiet place, unfortunately a bit outdated. - We have been visiting the site regularly for 12 years and always enjoy coming back. However, the site and especially the wash house have not been adequately maintained over the years. The driveways are full of deep potholes, the wash house is not exactly a positive feature due to worn fittings, broken coat hooks and one or two shower doors that no longer close. There is no hot water at the hand basin in the toilets, which must be standard today. However, it is tiptop clean thanks to the constant efforts of the staff, which makes the shortcomings described above appear in a less positive light. As for the staff at reception, you have to be lucky who is there at the time. Some employees are overflowing with friendliness and helpfulness, while others clearly need improvement. It shouldn't be the case that one person can do almost everything and another almost nothing outside of the normal booking. Despite the shortcomings that certainly exist, the campsite is still one of our favorites. The location is simply brilliant and so far the positives outweigh the negatives. However, we hope that they will recognize the signs of the times and make one or two investments.

Der Campingplatz Finck liegt direkt am Sahlenburger Strand und ist von Wald- und Heidelandschaft umgeben. Auf einer Gesamtfläche von 55000 m² erwarten sie knapp 500 Stellplätze, davon ca. 100 Touristenplätze. Alle Plätze verfügen über Strom-, Wasser- und Abwasseranschluss. In unserem …über die letzten Jahre renovierten Sanitärbereich stehen Ihnen moderne Duschen, Baby Wasch- und Wickelräume, Waschmaschinen, Trockner, Kochfelder und ein Geschirrspülraum zur Verfügung. Ein 5m x 10m großes Hallenbad finden sie in unserem Hotel Strandhus. Diese Einrichtung kann gegen Eintritt genutzt werden. In landschaftlich sehr reizvoller Umgebung am Nordseestrand können sie Ihren Hobbys nachgehen. Reiten, Radfahren, Wandern, Surfen oder an den Strand gehen. In der Rezeption informieren wir sie über Aktivitäten wie Wattwanderungen, Wattfahrten, Schifffahrten und Museumsbesuche in der Region. 12 Kilometer Sandstrand vorbei an schönen Promenaden, natur belassene Heide hinter dem Deich und das beschauliche Finkenmoor im Wernerwald erwarten Sie. Vorgelagert ist der "Nationalpark Niedersächsisches Wattenmeer" mit seiner Artenvielfalt. Seit 2009 ist der Nationalpark zum Unesco Weltnaturerbe ernannt. Das "Nationalparkzentrum Niedersächsisches Wattenmeer" befindet sich im Ortsteil Sahlenburg in geringer Entfernung zum Campingplatz Finck.
