"Campsite with potential - We were there on our way through. The operator is friendly and the price was okay. The place is nice, but unfortunately neglected. The sanitary facilities very dirty ... a pity.

"Very nice location, idyllic and quiet! - Small restaurant on the square, sufficient offer! Sanitary urgently needs a renovation. Sanitary area is not cleaned sufficiently. In the village 2.5km is a supermarket. Easy to reach by bike.

"Very special - The operator was nice! We got a great price as a large family. The toilets were just dirty . You can not talk nice . Very well located to discover Braunschweig. Chickens to feed on the square children were allowed to move freely. Pitch where and how you wanted. Unfold as you wanted . Washing machine on the pitch.

"Very rustic and original campsite - We were only there for one night during a bike tour. Just okay for that. No infrastructure on the pitch or in the surrounding area. If you are looking for absolute peace and quiet and are self-sufficient in terms of sanitary facilities, this is the place for you. Little activity on the site, very quiet, in the middle of the forest with lots of shade and birdsong. Quaint and close to the original camping idea of "living in nature". To be accepted for this: Sanitary facilities catastrophic, ancient, poorly cleaned, some traces of mold, no privacy at all. The 70s send their regards... There is something like a lounge on the pitch, which also houses the reception, but it's dark and stuffy and you don't want to spend any time there. The owner was friendly and extremely helpful, even helped set up the tent. Finally, it's worth mentioning that you were practically eaten up by mosquitoes. You were almost glad when you could finally get into the tent. So the impression is very ambivalent. Above all, it's a wasted opportunity, because I wouldn't want to stay here for any length of time due to the lack of sanitary facilities.

"Quaint campsite - We only stayed at this campsite for one night. We received a very friendly welcome from the owner. We were free to choose a pitch. We also had a very nice chat with some of the permanent campers. The sanitary facilities are a bit dated, but clean!
