"Pearl of the Ostalb - Idyllically situated economy pitches (electricity only) or standard pitches with water, waste water and electricity next to the permanent camper pitches. All pitches are well maintained, partly terraced, very level, wedges rarely required. A great starting point for those seeking peace and quiet or cyclists and hikers. There is usually a light breeze, which is very pleasant, especially on very hot days. Very friendly staff with personal site instructions. Small store, coffee and ice machines, wine, water, soft drinks, canned food from the local butcher. A huge stand with excursion destinations up to hiking maps etc. completes the whole thing. In addition, the inn a few meters from the square, with outdoor terrace from 17.00 clock with good bourgeois, German cuisine. Excellent value for money. Mixed roast, for example, with spaetzle 13.90 EUR, so even families with children can eat out more often without breaking the budget. A few meters further along the main road there is also a snack bar for small appetites. A great campsite with flair at an excellent price-performance ratio.

"A "little dream" of a campsite - We stayed on the pitch for eleven days and felt very comfortable despite the immense amounts of water. Electricity/water and lighting are right on the pitch. There wasn't a single cobweb to be found in the sanitary facilities. The scullery was self-cleaning, so everyone cleaned up afterwards, and so was the kitchen! Dogs are free of charge and also get a gift! The associated restaurant offers excellent cuisine, especially the Maultaschen - a poem!

"Very nice place with an ingenious starting point - For me, as a small family of three (daughter 8 months, parents both around 40) with a caravan, it's a really fantastic place in a fantastic area and an ingenious starting point for great city trips and excursions into the countryside. The site management was very good. From our point of view there is nothing to complain about. We will definitely be back... next time with grandma and grandpa who would love to spend the night in a camping barrel like this!
