"cool employees:inside, great building - The stay was really great! the staff are super competent, super nice and stay cool even under great stress :-) - Hats off!!! The building is great, just new! The lounge is really great! (I would take the TV out of there though, if it's on, it can completely block the room for all other campsite users) Kassel is paying for the operation and that is really very pleasing in this form.

"Campsite Kassel - The city center is about half an hour's walk away. The local recreation areas such as Karlsaue and the former Federal Garden Show grounds are within easy walking distance (approx. 5 min.). From the Auestadion stop you can easily reach all parts of the city and the Bergpark. The municipal indoor swimming pool is approx. 1 km away. Do not rely on the guide price, rather look directly on the homepage. In the immediate vicinity of the R1 Fulda cycle path.

"Manageable space close to the city - Newly renovated campsite close to the town. There are also many walking and cycling opportunities in the immediate vicinity. The site is mainly used by people passing through and cyclists. Therefore there are many changes. There is no store or restaurant. A mobile breakfast trolley comes every morning at 8 am. The offer is very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful despite the constant hustle and bustle. The direct location on the Fulda is very nice. Otherwise the place offers nothing more. I find the payment system for the showers negative (1€ per shower) and the high grass despite regular mowing.

The Kassel camping & motorhome site awaits you in a scenic location directly on the river Fulda. The extensive Karlsaue state park, the Fuldaaue recreational area, the Nordhessen Arena and the Kassel trade fair grounds are in the neighbourhood. Kassel …city centre is around three kilometres away and can be easily reached by public transport and bicycle. Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe (water displays, Hercules monument) is also very easy to reach by bus and tram. The site is located on the R1 Fulda cycle path and is an excellent base for exploring the area by bike. There are 90 pitches with electricity available for guests and another 20 pitches for motorhomes in front of the barrier. Our tent meadow is located directly on the banks of the Fulda. The sanitary and reception building was newly built in 2021. In our small shop in the reception you can buy fresh bread rolls, ice cream, drinks and souvenirs. Our tips: The KasselCard - free use of public transport and numerous discounts for your stay: €9.00 (2 people, 24 hours) and €12.00 (2 people, 72 hours). Available at our reception.
