"beautiful and quiet place directly on the Rhine - The site is beautifully situated in the countryside, directly on the Rhine with a lovely view of Mainz. We received a very friendly welcome and were allowed to choose a pitch. The sanitary facilities are older, but have been renovated a bit. The space in the shower is still fine. Ideal for exploring Wiesbaden and Mainz. There are delicious bread rolls to order in advance and a small store with the essentials. The pitch could be a bit better maintained, the grass was very long, for example. But we would go there again.

"Nice place with small flaws - The tenants are very active and try to make the best of it. Could become a 1A place, but you have to get involved from the community side. you can't make a tourist tax and just collect money!

"Small, very green place, ideal for exploring Mainz - Small, cozy, very green square, nice people, very tasty vegetarian tarte flambée in the bistro on the square. It takes about half an hour to walk to the city center of Mainz, a city that is really worth seeing. The sanitary facilities don't look very modern, but they are clean. You can hear the airplanes that want to land in Frankfurt, but I didn't find it annoying. I didn't hear any airplanes from 10/22:30 pm - 5:00 am. Gladly again anytime. :-)

"We will be back - After our Womo decided not to let us in (key inside, of course), we were given a drink in addition to the moral support from the operators while we waited for the ADAC. We felt very welcome there. Ideal location for exploring Wiesbaden and Mainz. And please remain objective, the operators can't do anything about Frankfurt Airport - and it didn't bother us now. We will be back again, Greetings Inge and Stefan

"Mainz-Wiesbaden-Insel Maaraue - Very good location on the Maaraue island on the Rhine with public transport connections and cycle paths. Beautiful view of the old town of Mainz. Friendly staff on the site. Close to public outdoor pool and park.
