"Very beautifully situated campsite - This was our 3rd time at the Mainruh campsite and we will be back again. We like the location directly on the Main and opposite the vineyards. The campsite is clean and the toilets and showers are adequate. The operators are friendly. The food and breakfast is to be recommended the conclusion of the last vacation (unfortunately the restaurant was closed this time because of Corona) We will be back. Family 2 adults 2 kids. 2 dogs

"We were lucky enough to be in the first row on the Main. - This site is mainly used by permanent campers. The showers are a long way away. You should take a bike with you. Catering simple and okay for a campsite. Despite the many permanent campers there, it is very quiet, except when the "lawnmower party" starts on Saturdays. The operators are very friendly. The toilets are centrally located and the sanitary facilities are clean, but I can only award 3 stars overall because the showers are very far away. It's more for permanent campers.

"Sanitary facilities rather lowest category - CP is located directly on the Main, which is a great location. The operators are friendly. You can enjoy the peace and quiet and the occasional boat traffic. Those were the positive aspects. Sanitary facilities: 3 showers for men and women are hardly enough for this large site. One washing machine is in the women's WC, what do I do there as a man? Toilet paper only in a central drum outside the cubicles. The toilet facility by the restaurant has a neon lamp above the wall between the men's and women's toilets and is only switched on late. During the day there is a dull twilight here. If you come out of bright sunshine, you are half blind. The website is still from the former operators. The telephone number and address are still correct. The prices and restaurant details are outdated. I would have expected clarification at the latest when making the reservation by phone, especially as I clearly referred to the website during the phone call!

"TOP place, very quiet, great with small children - The rental caravans are also great! Directly behind our caravan was the playground, which is great for smaller children and has lots of sand toys. Very clean site!

"Nice simple campsite with spacious pitches - We were there for 5 days over Ascension Day in mid-May 2015. Had a large pitch right on the Main. Sanitary facilities ok, unfortunately not warm inside, all a bit rustic. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good home-style food in the restaurant on the square. Very good value for money. We will be back.

"September 2012 - We stayed at the campsite for 2 nights. It has around 250 pitches, 240 of which are occupied by permanent campers. Our pitch was beautifully situated directly on the Main and was very spacious. I could imagine that you would have to book in advance in summer. Our pitch was right next to the site pub. There was a fairly new toilet block right opposite - but without showers or washing facilities (why they didn't invest a bit more here remains a mystery to me). The showers and washrooms were about 500! meters away, without a bike you are out of the question. There was nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness. The food in the restaurant was below average. To eat out, I can highly recommend the "Ratskeller" restaurant in Pfarrer-Adam-Haus-Str. 6a, in Wörth (near the parish hall)! The Main cycle path runs right through the middle of the square, which means that the square can also be entered by people from outside the square. ATTENTION: If you arrive, you should drive straight to the pub, as it is about 500 meters from the entrance to the registration desk in the pub.

In Wörth am Main befindet sich der Campingplatz Mainruh, der von April bis Oktober Touristen und Dauercamper beherbergt. Zelte, Wohnwagen und Wohnmobile sind hier gleichermaßen willkommen. Die Stellplätze sind geräumig und werden mit Strom und Wasser versorgt. Einige Dauerstellplätze liegen …unmittelbar am Main. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, einen Wohnwagen anzumieten. Für Wohnmobile ist eine Entsorgungsanlage vorhanden, ebenso ein Ausguss für chemische Toiletten. Die Wasch- und Duschräume sind modern ausgestattet. Warmes Duschen ist kostenpflichtig. Campern steht eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Verfügung. Zum Platz gehört ein Restaurant. Für Freizeitaktivitäten bietet sich etwa der Fluss an - ein Bootsslip am Platz erleichtert den Zugang. Darüber hinaus bieten sich verschiedene Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten in der Region an, beispielsweise der Besuch des Schifffahrtsmuseums oder des Weinbau- und Heimatmuseums. In nur 500 Metern Entfernung vom Platz gibt es zudem ein Freibad mit attraktiver Wasserrutsche.
