"Close to the A8 - The site is very uncomplicated as a transit site to the south or back to the north. However, it is very full in the season, so a late arrival is not possible. As it is located directly on the A8, it is very noisy. How anyone can have a permanent pitch here is inexplicable to me. The noise level is comparable to a highway parking lot, except that there is a shower facility and (clean) toilets. However, EUR 32 for 2 people plus EUR 1 per shower token is sporty in my opinion, as the pitch otherwise offers no comfort whatsoever. This was our second time there and we won't be back.

"Ideal campsite for those passing through - This campsite is ideal for travelers on their way south or north. Sufficient space on firm ground for large caravans or WOMOs. Wash house is ok and clean but not upmarket. Toilet paper must be brought along. The lake invites you to swim in summer. The restaurant serves schnitzel, chips and currywurst, but it's delicious.

"Pull up, check in, pay and you're done. Perfect transit campsite by the lake - This campsite is ideal for transit travelers with camper vans or caravans on their way south or north. There is plenty of space even for large caravans, even in the rain if the ground is firm. Electricity connection at the pitches, waste disposal at the wash house. The lake invites you to swim in summer after a long drive and the restaurant serves schnitzel and chips or currywurst. The central wash house is functional, clean and heated. If you don't have toilet paper in your caravan, you're ill-equipped anyway and will naturally be annoyed by the rule here that you have to bring it with you to use the toilet. If you know this, you won't have a problem. If you expect more, you should drive on. If you are annoyed by the clear address of the campsite warden, you should drive on, if you don't want to pay for your overnight stay in full on arrival (including tokens for hot showers), you should drive on and look for something else. The direct hearing distance to the highway is irritating but relatively muffled in the caravan and easy to bear. The many permanent campers also live with this fact. WLAN is available on site but is subject to a charge. If you arrive after 8 p.m., the transit pitches will be cramped. All in all, professional campers won't break a sweat here if they are just passing through. If you spend the night at the highway service area, you will have a much worse time than at Seehamer See-Camping. This campsite is recommended if you are just passing through.

"This is a very good campsite for one night - This was our second time here and we would stay here again at any time. The advantage is the proximity to the highway and that you don't have to uncouple the caravan, so you can continue your journey immediately the next day. Overall recommendable for one night.
