"Beautiful place with compromises - It was our second time at this campsite - just for two nights, because the boy loves the skate park. Meanwhile, mom and dad chilled out, which was nice. Despite its proximity to a busy junction and a local exit, the campsite is quiet. The staff are friendly, everything is fine so far. Unlike last year, however, the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities was not ideal this year. Everything should be thoroughly cleaned again (dirty partitions in the toilets, cobwebs, the floor was not clean, the hand basins in both toilets had clear signs of use). We also had problems with the power supply and voltage. The temperature of the fridge kept fluctuating significantly.

"Vacation - I can only recommend this campsite, very clean and tidy, toilets and showers top. The owners are very friendly, open to any questions, happy to help, will definitely come back, but then longer, we felt very comfortable, thank you again. Best regards from the island of Rügen.

"City camping - Very friendly host couple with lots of good advice about the region, hiking opportunities and sights. Good connections to public buses and trains. Access to the campsite on the edge of the town very well organized. Large supermarket with post office, butcher's shop and bakery 500 m from the campsite. The Danube cycle path runs right past the campsite.

"Too little for the money - Some plots can only be reached via other plots. No sale of bread rolls or ice cream, as Kaufland is within walking distance. At our time, half of all washing facilities / showers were closed due to defects. The mini golf course could do with a repair or two. The food in the restaurant was great. The WLAN was almost impossible to use.

"Price-performance ratio is not right for me - We only stayed at this site with a tent and without a car. Unfortunately, there are only whole pitches and no facilities for cyclists (despite the Danube cycle path). What bothered me most was the high price per child. As a family with 2 children, we paid 44 euros for a tent without a car. There is hardly anything for children. No child-friendly shower, washbasin, meadow to play on, playground, ... The comparatively high price for the children doesn't make sense to me. The wash house is very cramped, as is the dishwashing room, and you always need a key for the wash house. Children can't even go to the toilet on their own. For a lower price, all these points wouldn't bother me so much. But in comparison with other campsites, the rating for this campsite is unfortunately poor. There is still room for improvement in terms of child and family friendliness.

"Gladly again - The booking was completely uncomplicated, we were greeted warmly at reception and were given tips for hiking directly by the owners. We really enjoyed the wonderful view of Sigmaringen Castle and the short walk to the Danube. Shopping facilities only about 250 m away. WLAN available on the pitch. Tent pitch a little small

Der out & back Campingplatz Sigmaringen ist ein kleiner familiärer geführter 4* Platz. Er wurde 2013 von der Familie Stadler übernommen und grundlegend renoviert. Nach Abschluss aller Restrukturierungs– und Baumaßnahmen, wurde 2015 die out & back Erlebnis-Welt inklusive dem Campingplatz …mit 4 Sternen ausgezeichnet. Die Einzigartigkeit des Campingplatzes ergibt sich aus der Lage direkt an der Donau, mitten in der schönen Natur des Oberen Donautals, umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern und ebenso nur 5 Gehminuten vom Schloss Sigmaringen und der Innenstadt entfernt. Wir haben Stellplätze in unterschiedlichen Größen mit Strom, Wasser und Abwasser, Zeltwiesen, Hütten, Blockbohlenhäuser (22 Betten) und Schlaffässer (4 Betten) Im Freizeitprogramm haben wir Kanutouren, Hochseilgarten, Minigolf, Human Table Soccer, GPS-Touren, Teambuilding-Programme, Outdoor-Management-Programme, Grillstellen, Catering.
