"A nature campsite - Registration was easy via the homepage. We immediately received an email back with all the important details. Arrival between 3pm and 6pm, otherwise send a short email to CP in advance. You should not drive with Google Maps, otherwise you will be directed via dirt roads. Ascension Day and 03.10. always big party at noon at the café. Overall a great location and very relaxed. Lots of play opportunities for the children and a great lake.

"A great stay - We only had a short stay here. But we didn't regret it for a moment. The site is in a quiet location right on the lake. The operators are friendly and the sanitary facilities are not new but good and sufficient. There is a café by the lake, a nice playground and a football pitch. Seating and a barbecue are available on the camping meadow. We can't understand why there is so little going on here. There is endless space here. In the village (about 1.5 km) is a netto and a gas station for the bread rolls in the morning. Also a train station with connections to cux/ HB or Bremerhaven as well as direction bux or Bremervörde is easy to reach. There are great cycling and hiking trails here. It is definitely worth it

"Well suited for groups - The campsite is a large meadow without pitches. Clean shower and toilet block. The operators make an effort to keep everything clean. Lawn was mowed and we could choose the pitch with electricity. An insider tip for a short break. Great lake and playground. Large soccer, beach volleyball and basketball court.

"Campsite without frills - We stayed at the campsite twice for one night each while passing through. It's suitable for that. For a longer stay, however, we would look for a different site because apart from the lake there is nothing - absolutely nothing.

"Simple and good - We spent 3 wonderful days here. Enjoyed some good quality bike rides to Hainmühlen, Beverstedt, Bremerhaven, Spadener See, Geestenseth. Visited the golf courses in Hainmühlen and Bremerhaven, where you can always enjoy a good beer and a snack. Golfing too, of course. Plenty of restaurants in Beverstedt. Any time again.

"Very quiet CP in the countryside - It is a great campsite that has been privately run since April 2021. The operator is open to suggestions. Suitable for large groups as there are no pitches.
