"Location to the city center - The campsite is ok if you are prepared to pay a high flat rate for electricity and 2€ for the showers. the bistro is not one of the cheapest either. the sanitary facilities were clean, but otherwise minimalist and cramped.

"Very scenic place - A really fantastic location! We were lucky enough (for a small surcharge) to get a pitch in the first row, with its own jetty. The pitch was very small and on arrival we were told straight away how to position the caravan. It was very tight with the awning... We would have found it more sensible if it had been crosswise! The groundsman and his wife were not unfriendly but very firm. A smile would do them both good :) Unfortunately, the showers are not very user-friendly. Very little space to put/hang up your things inside the cubicle. But tip top clean - I found that much more important! It's quite a long bike ride to Schwerin, but it's a nice route so you're always on the move. The restaurant on the square offers really great food, so we also liked to stay there in the evening and ate there! We will definitely be back again! The peace and quiet is very pleasant and thanks to the dog ban, the only thing that wakes you up is the birdsong.

Das zwei Hektar große Campingareal liegt im Wald am See und bietet etwa 50 Stellplätze sowie zwei Zeltwiesen, eine davon direkt am Wasser. Auf …dem Campingplatz befindet sich eine Tauchbasis mit Tauchschule sowie ein Sportboothafen. Da nur 9 km vom Stadtkern Schwerin entfernt, können Radfahrer und Wanderer die schöne Landschaft auf kleinen und größeren Touren erkunden. Der Schweriner See als viertgrößter See Deutschlands bietet allen Wassersportlern traumhafte Bedingungen.
