"Great campsite right on the slopes - This was our first (but not last) time at this great campsite. After a friendly welcome, we parked our camper van with a view of the slope. Each pitch has either a wooden lounger or a table and bench. It's only a short walk across the site to the piste and then you're ready to go. The wash house was always clean and warm. The bread rolls are extremely tasty and there is free Wi-Fi. You can hear the road at night, but it didn't bother us. We really enjoyed our short vacation.

"Total nature and sport! - The campsite operator gives his all. In the morning he delivers bread rolls to order, at lunchtime he delivers gas and you can get small snacks from him or from the local butcher's vending machine. The catering works. The private sauna can be booked for a small fee and the view of the surrounding mountains provides the necessary relaxation.

"Great place in an excellent location! - We have stayed here at the campsite several times in recent years. We have always received a super friendly welcome and everything has always been done to our absolute satisfaction! (Earlier arrival, later departure, requests to stand together with friends....) The campsite is right next to the lift, offers a drying room for ski equipment and these are cleared TOP in winter. There is a small but nice sauna and all this at very fair prices 👍 The sanitary facilities have been renovated and are and have always been in very good, clean condition. The bread roll service is great and the rolls are delicious... You can get to Winterberg (where it's quiet or party, just as you like) on foot or by bus. The site is definitely one of our favorites. All in all, a great place in a great location at a reasonable price. 👍

"Everything you need is there - This campsite is located on the outskirts of Winterberg and directly on the Kappe adventure mountain. You can do a lot there. The site was almost full when we were there, but the wash house was still reasonably clean. Everything looks very well maintained. The site doesn't offer a lot of bells and whistles, but we didn't need them because there's plenty to do in and around Winterberg. For example, renting e-mountain bikes and exploring the surrounding mountains and forests.

"In the middle of the ski area! Top - We were there from 16.1. to 20.1.2018 and are totally thrilled. At first we were very skeptical about Winterberg and skiing but we were very pleasantly surprised. We are planning to stay there for 14 days next January.
