"Eine Woche im Sommer '22 - Wir waren eine Woche mit Wohnwagen im Sommer 2022 da. Es hat nicht geregnet und gab auch kein Nebel. Eine sehr gepflegt parkähnliche Anlage mit großen Bäumen, Büschen und Rasen. Wir waren vor den Ferien in GB dort, es waren viele Plätze noch frei. Die Sanitäranlage war gut in Schuss und top gepflegt. Es gab einen beheizten Pool mit Liegestühlen, die Kids mussten ein Elternteil mitbringen, um ins Wasser zu dürfen. Zum Strand sind es paar Minuten zu laufen, in die andere Richtung kommt man zu einer großen Markthalle. In der weiteren Umgebung gibt es vieles zu entdecken. Dafür empfehle ich schon vorher eine temporäre Mitgliedschaft im National Trust.

"Jederzeit wieder - Super Platz. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ideal gelegen - Ausflüge zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Cornwall von hier aus super zu erreichen. Grosse Stellplätze. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nachbarschaft. Strand/Meer über einen Golfplatz gut erreichbar. Wie überall in England, trifft man auch hier auf ausgelassene Scharen von Hasen. Möven sind diebisch unterwegs.

"Lieblich, sauber, nett und günstig - Dieser Platz ist sehr zu empfehlen. Teilweise geschotterte Plätze, wo das Fahrzeug gut steht, sonst gepflegter Rasen, Parzelle großzügig. Lage sehr ruhig, Vögel und Hasen. Sehr gepfegte und saubere Sanitäranlagen, bei den Waschbecken gibt es normale Mischwasserhähne. Schminktische im Damenbereich. Anlagen großzügig dimensioniert und ausreichend vorhanden. Hierher kommt gerne wieder und wird sehr freundlich behandelt

" - Sehr gepflegter Campingplatz, große Stellplätze und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Leider waren die Sanitärbereiche nicht sehr sauber, da zu wenig Duschen und WCs (manchmal mußte man Schlange stehen oder das Duschhaus wechseln) in der Hauptsaison den Campern zur Verfügung stehen.

" - Der Campingplatz ist schön und sauber in allen Belangen. Der Empfang war herzlich und das Personal ist sehr kompetent, alle Fragen wurden zur größten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Die Waschkabinen bei den Damen finde ich gut, man hat beim WC gleich das Waschbecken mit dabei. Bei den Herren ist es sicher nicht so angenehm mit den Pissoirs direkt bei den Waschbecken. In der Nebensaison mag das ja gehen, aber bei Vollbelegung ...? Zum Baden ist der Platz nicht so geeignet weil der Strand fehlt, aber es ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Besichtigungen in ganz Cornwall. In 2km Entfernung hat man einen großartigen Supermarkt, der keine Wünsche offen lässt.
