"Beautiful place in a beautiful area! - Four of us (2 children: 7 and 5) spent a week at the campsite in our caravan. We first had a pitch in the middle on one level, but were able to move to the edge of a stream. The staff were very helpful and super friendly. They were well prepared for the arrival of so many guests and check in was very efficient. A large playground by reception made waiting more enjoyable for the children. The site is laid out in terraces. To get from one place to another, a small train runs throughout the day in high season. This is very popular. The area is great and there is so much to do. The campsite provides the equipment with tips for excursions and also gives advice. Unfortunately, canoeing and canyoning are only possible from the age of 7. The children's club is very well done, but the staff seem unmotivated and simply give the children pencils and a box of Legos. There is no plan for what they want to do with the children. They don't speak German. The predominant language spoken by staff and guests is Dutch. The pool is super clean. Even in the afternoon, the water is clear, fresh and wonderful. The slides are an absolute dream for children. The sanitary facilities are clean, but very old. There is also no soap and the taps only have boiling hot water. The restaurant is well frequented and the staff are friendly and competent. The food tastes very good. Unfortunately, we couldn't try the crêperie because although it should be open, it was closed. The mini golf course is not recommended. 1. you have to queue for a long time for the clubs (if you get any) and then the courses are so uneven that all aiming is useless. WIFI is available (for a fee), but can only be used at certain points on the campsite. To summarize: The campsite is great for exploring the Ardèche region. You can be at the Ardèche in half an hour and can enjoy the area. However, we won't be going back, mainly because of the mix of guests.

" - We booked a week at the campsite with two children aged 14 and 16 in a mobile home at the end of August/beginning of September. It is a huge site which, according to our calculations, accommodates around 3500 people at 80% occupancy. Fortunately, we were there in the off-season. The management is attentive and friendly, e.g. an unusable frying pan on which the coating came off was replaced by the staff within 10 minutes after a phone call. The site is terraced and has very steep slopes. The walk to reception from our pitch took 30 minutes there and back, which is why many visitors also use their cars within the site. The location, landscape and possible leisure activities are great and the internal adventure pool is a highlight for kids. Less good is the landscaping of the site (there is none) and the roads. Shopping facilities are almost non-existent on the site, which surprised us considering its size. (Bakery was open in the morning; supermarket, which is not a supermarket, was closed in the low season although it was announced as open). Consequence: drive to the next town for every little thing. The situation is similar with the internal gastronomy. Negative highlight: Permanent disturbance of the peace at night by the Dutch (animation) staff in all possible variations. They were accommodated about 50 meters from us in house tents and practiced partying. The highlight was from Thursday to Friday night, when the situation turned into coercion (my daughter got anxiety attacks in this situation) and I fled the site with my family at around 01:30 and started my journey home (one day early). The emergency number of the CP (24h) was not manned; the attempted appeasement only caused aggression among the party guests. The deposit was refunded to us immediately after an email, but I am still waiting for an apology from the management. We will never see this establishment again, which is a shame.

" - This is the first time we have been here with a caravan, having rented a mobile home three years previously. We fetch water in watering cans from the sanitary building 200 meters away. The electricity distributor is about 35 meters away, the cables are just enough. The pitch itself doesn't look well kept. Pitch size is ok. You can move around the site by car from 7am to 11pm. Location: Mostly terraced but also pitches in the "valley". Long distances to the water park in places. Sanitary: The sanitary building looks reasonably clean but smells strongly of drainage. Toilet paper is on a central roll, so you have to take enough with you. There are no toilet seats. Entertainment: The entertainment is in Dutch, which is not a problem with the well-made musicals or children's shows. There are daily events on offer, from caving (32 euros) to canoeing and hiking (2 euros). The events booked on site always have their own entertainer. The entertainers are very friendly. Catering on site: A store with a limited selection. We usually go to the "Intermarche" in the village, which is quite well stocked. Water park with large bathing area: Four different "big" slides which are a lot of fun, sometimes you have to queue a bit. A tube ring for sliding must be purchased on site for 15 euros. The price and quality are okay. There is a 25 meter pool, a bathing paradise for the little ones with a pirate ship and other pools with slides. The pools are not heated. There is a bar, a store and refreshments (sandwiches, pizza) for sale in a central location. Restaurants: There are various. There are various restaurants on the extensive site, not all of which are always open. The prices for food and drink are average. (Beer 0.5 liters = 4.40 euros; red wine 1 liter 9 euros) Excursions: Most excursion destinations such as canoeing, cave visits or the "Pont de Arc" are 20 to 45 minutes away. A more central location would be desirable.
