" - Diese CP ist echt schwierig zu bewerten. Der Empfang total freundlich. Die Stellplätze sind wie fast überall auf den Inseln schräge asphaltierte Plätze. Das ist alle soweit ok. Die Sanitäranlagen sind sicherlich nicht der aktuellste Stand. Aber naja...ist halt noch ein bißchen Camping wie früher. Es gibt am Platz keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der nächste Ort ist aber zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Für kleiner Kinder sicherlich super das der dazugehörige Bauernhof den Kindern erlaubt alles anzusehen und mal Kühe und die anderen Tier zu besuchen. Zu erwähnen wäre noch, die Hilfsbereitschaft der Besitzer. Uns ist der Fahrradträger kaputtgegangen und der Sohn der Besitzerin hat ihn uns ohne viel Federlesens repariert. Großer Pluspunkt. Die Zeltwiese ist einzigartig. Riesig mit viel Schatten und Blick auf die Bucht. Für Hundebesitzen eher ein Manko das es in der gesamten Umgebung keine Möglichkeit gibt einen Gassigang zu machen. Alle Wiesen eingezäunt und abgesperrt. Dann muß man halt ein paar Minuten fahren und kann an jedem Strand die Hunde laufen lassen. Das naheliegende Clonakilty ist ein nettes Städtchen das zum bummeln und shoppen einlädt. Mit Abstrichen grundsätzlich empfehlenswert.
