"A nice camping site for a reasonable price in a nice environment - A camp site where lots of cheeky people come to for since many years. A dog training place was available so there were many guests that had dogs, some up to 4 or 5 but nevertheless the place was very clean and n droppings were found on the campsite. The people in the reception were very friendly. People played jeu de boules almost every day and virtually every day something was organized. Food was ok and there was a small store. The pool was nice and clean and in good fassion. The sanitary cabins were old but clean and sufficient. The price was fair. A recommendable campsite in a nice quiet environment. One could "swimm" in the vety clear water of the river and there were quite some big fish to see and when you want catch. They had a nice terrace where it was nice to sit in the evenings

" - Large pitches, mostly well shaded, spacious sanitary facilities; overflowing garbage bins in the toilets, rarely emptied (despite advice), inadequate cleaning; tokens for washing clothes often sold out; overflowing large garbage bins, garbage often lying next to them; receptionists sometimes 'unengaged'; the nearby river Gardon is an almost stagnant, algalized, approx. 30cm deep body of water, so unsuitable for swimming near the site;

" - Perfect caricature of the film "Camping". Ideal for those who want to be totally taken care of, for bowlers and games enthusiasts. Hats off to the owner, Didier, for his involvement in organizing the many activities.

" - After spending 10 days at this "campsite", I'm terribly disappointed. A children's club without any equipment, rare play equipment in a state of disrepair, rare activities... If you're a bowler or a footballer, you'll find something to keep you busy! Otherwise, the surroundings are lovely!

It's a good area for walking, cycling, horse riding and fishing. Woodland holiday site, with lively atmosphere and swimming pool. Just across the lane is the river with a beach where you can swim, boat or fish. This large site …10 ha is enthusiastically run by the energetic and friendly family. The 275 level, woodland pitches are heavily shaded, those with hedged, flat grass, It' will appeal to those with larger units, or who appreciate space. (the swimming pool area is overlooked by the terrace of the bar and restaurant). Reception has a wealth of tourist information and they are always willing to give advice on the numerous things to see and do in the area. On the DOMAINE DE GAUJAC a good welcome await you and numerous service and activities. ...Camping facilities : 3 news sanitary blocks, 1 of which is heated, special handicap block. A children's unit, washing machines, dryer, chemical toilet disposal unit shower for dog. - servicing point for camping-cars (motor caravan) - internet terminal - bar, restaurant, from start may till half September - pizzeria, take away food start July till 21 august - Mini market: start June till end Augustus. Bread is always available to order. - Organised activities in main season include a children's club, plus cabaret, karaoke, disco, buffet parties etc... - Two tennis court and mini golf (free low season) - Sport feed for football, volleyball, basket, and children playground, trampoline - Security warden on the night in main season - Fridges for hire. ...Directions from Alès : Take n° 110 towards Montpellier. At Saint Christol les Alès fork right on D910 towards Anduze and in Bagard turn left on D246 to boisset Gaujac village - site in signed from village.
