"Terror instead of vacation - facility for masochists - We booked this campsite as the last stop on our way to our final destination in Spain. As it is a 5-star campsite, we treated ourselves to 4 nights here to get into the vacation mood and arrive relaxed at our destination. So much for the plan. When we arrived yesterday, we were greeted by loud children's entertainment, which then varied in its focus (sports, children, adults) and volume over the course of the day. However, the volume only varied in one direction: louder. We have already experienced a lot of entertainment. But this one is truly special. The volume was that of a rock concert. Anyone close to the stage should be seriously concerned about consequential damage. Even at our campsite, the volume was so loud that it made relaxed conversation, watching TV or similar leisure activities impossible. You couldn't even think of sleeping with a pillow on your ears. The caravan vibrated under the bass. The terror didn't end until around 11.30 pm. Today we wanted to go into the pool for the first time. I had only just got my feet in the water when a lifeguard rushed over and told me that I wasn't allowed in the water in my Ralph Lauren polo shorts. (I mention the brand so that you have an idea of which model it is). You are only allowed in the pool with skin-tight swimming trunks/shorts for "hygienic" reasons. Firstly, as a person with a slight belly, I don't make a clown of myself and secondly, my genitals are nobody's business. I also don't understand what is supposed to be more hygienic about skin-tight shorts. There are also lots of other rules (slippers on/off; chairs allowed/not allowed). Constant theater. The recreational value of this facility is zero. Avoid!

" - NEVER AGAIN!!!! Had rented wooden house (lanca) for 2600€/14days!!! Lousy hut, advertised for 9 people, with 38 square meters not even ideal for 4!!! Dirty veranda, huge, ancient cobwebs including prey + bird droppings incl. Boards carpentered together with nails as a table and bench, nails were partly out, terrace floor planks with partly more than 3cm distance, about 30cm deep, you could see perfectly what the 295 previous tenants had lost there, including a layer of dirt and cobwebs of several cm. If you put a chair on the veranda, you could easily fall through with the chair legs, which is what happened to us. Cabin in generally poor condition, ventilation in bathroom + shower (both without windows) defective, was immediately complained about, only repaired 1 day before departure, i.e. after 13 days!!!! Then the ventilation ran continuously, could not be switched off. The last night was thus also eaten. In the bathroom and 1 so-called room the lamp covers were missing, mattresses completely worn out. 4 coffee cups for 9 people, otherwise only expresso cups. Bedroom (better sleeping cupboard) approx.3sqm with bunk bed, upper bed not usable as when you lie in it you are only about 20cm from the ceiling, impossible to turn over. The window in the upper wardrobe cannot be opened as the shelf is in the way, no closets, only shelves. 20cm from the lower sleeping closet window begins the terrace of the neighbor, if you have bad luck like us, you have to sleep with the window closed, is at 28Grad i.d.Nacht really great (or you participate in the loud conversation + party of the neighbor) !!! This doghouse is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE for the price! Laid out beautifully with lots of flower hedges, but I think that was oleander and that is known to be poisonous, so not so great if you have small children. 1 swimming pool, the one in the middle of the campsite is nice with 2 small + 1 large pool and slide, but always so full that you never get a lounger/spot. At 18:45 the security is extremely unfriendly and whistles at you to get out of the pools, the pools close at 19:00!!! So cooling off again in the evening is not an option. Complaints at reception about e.g. unfriendly staff (lifeguards) are received with a smug smile, never any feedback. Never met anyone at reception who spoke German! FACILITY: Noise from early to late. 1 passageway with constant car traffic + all guests including small children have to use this path, where the exit of the swimming pool, the stores, the restaurants, the animation facility leads. Sky and people from early to late. Only 1 car allowed per rented cottage, 2nd car must be parked unguarded in the dusty parking lot in front of the complex, where cars were broken into during our stay and my car was damaged. Nobody cares! Shrug of the shoulders + again stupid grinning at the reception CONCLUSION: Outrageous - never again!
