"Very nice place in quiet surroundings - Nice site with sufficiently large pitches. Very uneven in places. Friendly reception. Children's entertainment in summer. Large swimming lake and surfing lake approx. 5 km away. Good cycle paths. The Casscade du Herrison is approx. 7.5 km away. Highly recommended for hiking. There is a trout farm where trout can also be purchased.

" - campsite located a few kms from lac de chalain.possibility of canoeing from the campsite otherwise vehicle essential for visiting the region. clean and spacious mobile homes (we were in a recent model) nevertheless a little close to each other. no entertainment in the campsite and pool a little cool.

" - Beautifully situated and very quiet campsite with a good price-performance ratio. Sufficient sanitary facilities and a nice pool. The pitches are large and divided by hedges and bushes, a real alternative to the huge pitches by the lake.

Camping Domaine de l'Épinette is a quiet campsite in the Jura. The town of Doucier is six kilometres away. The capital of the Jura, Lons-le-Saunier, is about 20 kilometres away. The border with Switzerland is also relatively close (about 100 …kilometres). The campsite is located on the river Ain. Domaine de l'Épinette is surrounded by lakes, hills, mountains and many forests. Camping Domaine de l'Épinette is a terraced campsite where no two pitches are the same. The pitches by the river are a bit smaller, but very popular and often booked in advance. You will also find various holiday homes and chalets at this French campsite. So the choice is yours! The campsite is usually well attended. Camping Domaine de l'Épinette is popular with families with children. There is a children's pool, a large swimming pool and two slides. Both pools are heated in July and August. They are relatively new and are a little further away from the pitches. In high season there is also a children's club for children aged 5 to 12. If you walk down to the riverside campsite, you will come to the Ain River. This is a great place to rest or cool off. Domaine de l'Épinette campsite also has a small shop where you can order bread the day before. For other purchases, you can go to Doucier, where there are several supermarkets.
