The child-friendly family resort Camping Moulin des Sandaux is located in a region of green, wooded hills, picturesque little rivers, vineyards and medieval castles. This is an atmospheric oasis of tranquillity, surrounded by greenery, close to the river Dordogne and …not far from the famous town of Bergerac. The cosy holiday park was built around a characteristic 17th century mill. Once you're at the campsite, you'll see impressive old buildings that house the reception and restaurant. The grounds look great too, very well kept. The owners give you a really warm welcome, making it the perfect start to your holiday. Old walnut trees The large pitches are beautifully situated under lovely old walnut trees, not far from the fish pond and the small river that flows across the property. The grounds are nicely laid out, so children can easily find their way. The rental accommodation consists of beautiful, fully furnished wooden chalets, mobile homes and safari tents set around a fish pond. 35 m long slide The swimming pool is also very atmospheric. It is embedded in the natural surroundings. A beautiful, round children's pool and a petite pool with a 35-metre slide (open at certain times) offer fun for young and old. Greenery is everywhere, in abundance, and there are more than enough deckchairs. Fun and regional products There is a playground, a table tennis table, a bowling alley and a room with table football and other board games. In the small shop at the reception you can buy mainly regional products (walnut oil, nut wine, pâtés, regional wines). There is also a bread service.
