"Beautiful place by the lake - Friendly reception at check-in We checked in for 2 nights. Apart from 2 cyclists and a group in the cabins, we were the only guests on the site and that in August. On the 2nd day, some construction work began at noon on the site and in the late afternoon, one after the other, old BMWs, most of them on trailers, arrived ready for the scrap heap. We were more and more surprised and before we knew it, we were surrounded by motor maniacs. Somehow we found out that a meeting/festival was taking place here at 8 a.m. the next day. The engines were constantly revved up with the junk cars in the stand with as many malformations as possible and loud music, so that we could only shout at each other. This went on well into the night until 3 a.m. and the next morning at 8 a.m. on the dot, the DJ started playing techno music at such a volume that we could only communicate with each other using signs while quickly dismantling. I had to put the dog in the car with the windows and doors closed. The place would normally have been rated 3 to 4 but because of this a minus 10

"Quiet place and little going on - No parceled pitches, but free standing on the meadow possible. Swimming opportunity 100m away in an arm of the Danube. Very quiet location if there are no loud parties in the rental accommodation. Great floodplain landscape. Sauna cabins can be rented here.
