"My first visit with obstacles - A very nice, quiet facility. However, six months ago they switched to chip cards and the greeting card explained the world market system. Arrival was on a Saturday outside normal opening hours, but we got a pitch without any problems. Unfortunately without instruction. Nevertheless, highly recommended.

"run-down and mismanaged - A very beautifully situated site! Unfriendly, incompetent groundsman, moldy sanitary facilities, and a gastronomy that is second to none! Groundsman= Grade 5 Sanitary facilities= Grade 5 Gastronomy= Grade 7 No shopping facilities on site, gastronomy is constantly "closed"! Snack bar is unhygienic and very expensive!!! This place could become something if some structure was brought in here! Great lake, guarded by the DLRG No recommendation!!!

"Camping is also camping - We always have fun and relaxation in Neuenhain. We always come with the tent (now tents) and have always been welcome. As an angler it is fun because there are plenty of fish in the lake and with the clean water even a carp tastes good.

"you don't have to have - One of the worst places I've ever seen. Cramped, noisy, run-down permanent camper pitches, caravan graveyard. The whole thing fenced in with a 2 m high steel fence, like a prison.

Profile

Unser Campingplatz liegt zwischen dem Knüllgebirge und dem Nationalpark Kellerwald, eingebettet in einem landwirtschaftlich strukturiertem Gebiet. Unser Platz hat 310 Dauerstellplätze sowie 80 parzelierte Touristenplätze mit Strom,Wasser, Abwasser auf jeder Parzelle. Der 5 ha große Naturbadsee mit Sandstrand sowie Badeinsel …und Wasserrutsche für Kinder läd zum Entspannen bei Sonnenbaden sowie für einen Urlaub in unserer Anlage ein. Die 1999 und 2006 erstellten neuen Sanitäranlagen mit zum teil einzel Waschplätzen sollten keine Wünsche offen lassen. Am 1. Mai 2007 wurde eine neu Gastronomie eröffnen.
