"Vacation company Stausee Quitzdorf - A small and tranquil campsite situated on a reservoir in a small wooded area. Suitable for sailors and surfers. Update: 27.01.16 to this campsite belong a few bungalows which are rented out but these are currently used for refugees

" - The place is quiet and clean, poorly signposted in Kollm, pitches almost only under tall trees (TV difficult), mosquitoes and gnats, no shopping nearby, but a small restaurant with a simple kitchen at the entrance. Sanitary facilities old, but very clean, no possibility to wash dishes and laundry. Good location for excursions in the surrounding area.staff very nice, but not always on site.mainly permanent campers.

Der Quitzdorfer Stausee ist der größte Stausee in Sachsen und liegt nahe der Stadt Niesky. Der Quitzdorfer Stausee bietet Erholungsmöglichkeiten …fernab vom Massentourismus in einer idyllischen naturnahen Landschaft. Zur aktiven Erholung findet man hier neben den schön angelegten Badestränden Möglichkeiten zum Surfen, Segeln, Rudern und Angeln. Für Radwanderer gibt es gut ausgebaute Radwege durch die ausgedehnten Naturlandschaften der Lausitz.

Autobahn A4 aus Richtung Dresden dort die Abfahrt Weißenberg nehmen dann Richtung Stausee Kollm fahren. Alternativ kann man auch von Cottbus aus kommend die B115 Richtung Niesky fahren dort dann abbiegen Richtung Stausee Kollm und der Beschilderung folgen.
