"Abusive attitude to foreign guests - The unprofessional and discourteous manner in which issues were addressed made me feel unsupported and mistreated. A more respectful and empathetic approach would undoubtedly contribute to a more positive and reassuring experience for guests.

"Why does the course have 4 stars? - The site is very long and consists of 3 sections, all of which are located directly on the beach. These sections are each separated by a road. In the northern section in particular there is a pub within earshot, which is open at the weekend until late in the evening - until midnight. This is where the bear dances. The individual sections each have their own sanitary facilities. These are cleaned once a day, which is not enough in the high season. You can tell by the fact that the toilet paper is not refilled. At the pool you can see a yellow dirt rim at the edge of the pool. This should also be cleaned better.
