"Cool campsite - I recommend cool campground we would love to come back here, Super beach clean water, you can rent sup, some trees and Super campground cool beach, clear water, you can rent sup, despite the occupancy of the campground is not crowded on the beach. On the beach some trees and grass and sandy beach. Campsites right on the beach. We even managed with a view of the beaches No. 113. Close to the bar with cold beer and food like fries and burgers. Plenty of restrooms and showers. Relatively inexpensive. In 2022 this is our 4th campsite and is the cheapest. You can drive in and out whenever you want. At other campgrounds they close at certain times and here they don't. Super!

"Hardly suitable for travelers passing through - We were on the site for a stopover on the way to France. While basics such as cleanliness and friendliness of the staff leave nothing to be desired, the overall picture is more than difficult. What we didn't know (and didn't research based on our experience): You don't officially leave the campsite until 10 am. This more or less disqualified the campsite for travelers passing through. We left earlier with the help of a friendly service employee. Interestingly, the permanent campers with keys drive in and out without any problems. The money-grubbing for electricity and showers is also annoying. While I find the 20 cents for the really clean and well-equipped shower ok (also against a background of energy savings), I find 50 cents for electricity, which was already used up after less than 12 hours, more than unreasonable. All in all, as a traveler you feel like a guest in an allotment garden club

"Camping directly on the lake - We spent the Whitsun weekend on this site, which has just opened for tourist campers. Corona test from the same day is required. Otherwise, the sanitary building is open (masks compulsory) and very clean. The site is very quiet but has few pitches for short-term campers. So be sure to call in advance. Lidl in the village, easily accessible by bike. There is a playground and a skating rink for children. You can go on various cycle tours from here.

"Nur Dienstag und Donnerstag geöffnet :( - Nur Dienstag & Donnerstag geöffnet :( Das ist ziemlich lausig für einen sogenannten Campingplatz ! Anrufbeantworter verspricht einen Rückruf, am Dienstag oder Donnerstag, ich würde eher nicht drauf warten.

"Nice inexpensive place - Permanent campers, although they are very nice and I have no problem with them. The only thing is that short-term campers don't have a clear view of the lake. The lake has crystal clear water and a beautiful sandy beach. Showers for 5 minutes and €0.20 are rather rare. Electricity costs only €0.50 for 1.3kw. We don't have to watch the pennies, but we like the place.

Profile

Der Campingplatz Hardtsee ist Teil eines großzügigen Naherholungsgebiets rund um den etwa 40 Hektar großen gleichnamigen Baggersee. Die Anlage beherbergt insgesamt 360 Parzellen, welche allesamt eine Größe von 75-100 qm besitzen. Das moderne und behindertengerechte Sanitärgebäude des Campingplatzes weist nicht …nur mehrere Einzelwasch- und Duschkabinen auf, sondern schließt auch einen separaten Kinderbereich mit Wickeltisch ein. Im Restaurant serviert die Gastwirtsfamilie tagsüber mediterrane und regionale Spezialitäten, bevor man dort abends auf der Terrasse der Gaststätte diverse Cocktails genießen kann. Des Weiteren stehen für die Versorgung der Urlaubsgäste ein kleiner Campingladen sowie ein Brötchenservice zur Verfügung. Der Baggersee ist in Nichtschwimmer-, Schwimmer und Wassersportzonen unterteilt und mehrmals im Jahr Schauplatz von Segel- und Surfregatten. Zu weiteren sportlichen Aktivitäten an Land laden ein Beachvolleyballfeld, ein Skaterpark und eine Tischtennisplatte ein. Kinder halten sich zudem gerne auf den beiden Spielplätzen sowie im "Buddelgelände" rund um das große Piratenschiff auf.
