"Ideal campsite for visiting Assisi, approx. 3.5 km away - Very large pitches, close to Assisi (about 3.5 km away), shuttle service is offered, older but clean sanitary facilities (are cleaned at least twice a day), there is a restaurant / pizzeria and also a bar where you can buy bread, rolls, sausage etc. for breakfast, or have breakfast there. friendly staff, swimming pool available, but was closed. Good price-performance ratio, we were there with Acsi, 23 euros per night for 2 people with camper plus tax. We would come again at any time.

"😀😀 - Optimal place to visit Assisi.only 2km to the center.many shady places under pine trees.pool had unfortunately not yet open.ACSI Card accepted without problems.no tourist tax!!!! Restaurant first class and very friendly.

Profile

Green Village Assisi is situated three kilometres from the medieval square which marks the centre of Assisi. Set in maritime pine woodland and near a little river, the Green Village Assisi offers large shady pitches, bungalow apartments with kitchenettes, fully …equipped mobile homes, large tents with beds provided, two swimming pools (one adults' and one children's pool), a 5-a-side football pitch, a volleyball court and a play park for children. The train station and the airport are just a few minutes away and a handy shuttle service links them with the Green Village Assisi. The restaurant – pizzeria has two air conditioned rooms, a large outdoor gazebo for the warm season and a particular interest in providing a selection of Umbrian dishes and wines at modest prices. A large farmhouse dating back to the early 1800s is situated next to the restaurant. This has been sensitively restored, preserving all the charm of period rural Umbrian tradition, and has been converted into a three star hotel called the Hotel Green Assisi.

HOW TO REACH GREEN VILLAGE ASSISI FROM NORTH TO SOUTH BY CAR From the A1 Milano-Bologna-Firenze-Roma Motorway. Take the Bettolle/Valdichiana exit and get on the highway in the direction of Perugia-Assisi. Once you reach Ponte S. Giovanni follow directions for …Cesena for 3 Km. Take the exit indicating FOLIGNO and continue along the SS75 for 3 km. Exit at OSPEDALICCHIO SUD. Turn right and at the roundabout take the first exit to the right and continue heading in the direction of Assisi SS 147. At the next roundabout continue straight ahead, go over the bridge with the traffic light and continue heading straight after the bridge for an additional 2 km. The Green Village Assisi holiday complex is located on the right. From Cesena. Follow directions for Perugia on the SS75 and take the Assisi/Foligno exit. After 3 Km exit at OSPEDALICCHIO SUD. Turn right and at the roundabout take the first exit to the right and continue heading in the direction of Assisi SS 147. At the second roundabout go straight, passing over the bridge with the traffic light and continue heading straight after the bridge for an additional 3 km. The Green Village Assisi holiday complex is located on the right. FROM SOUTH TO NORTH BY CAR From the A1 Napoli-Roma-Firenze Motorway Take the Orte exit and head towards Perugia on the E45. Once you arrive in Ponte S. Giovanni follow directions for Cesena for 3 Km then take the exit indicating Foligno. After 3km exit at OSPEDALICCHIO SUD. Turn right and at the roundabout take the first exit to the right and continue heading in the direction of Assisi SS 147. At the second roundabout go straight, passing over the bridge with the traffic light and continue heading straight after the bridge for an additional 3 km. You will find the Green Village Assisi holiday complex on the right. From the A1 Napoli-Roma-Firenze Motorway (not recommended)) Take the Orte exit in the direction of Terni Spoleto. Continue along SS204 in the direction of Spoleto. Once you arrive in Foligno take the Assisi-Perugia exit on the SS75. Pass all of the exits for Assisi/Santa Maria degli Angeli then get off at OSPEDALICCHIO SUD. Turn left, and at the roundabout take the first exit to the right and continue heading in the direction of Assisi SS 147. At the second roundabout go straight, passing over the bridge with the traffic light and continue going straight after the bridge for an additional 3 km. You will find the Green Village Assisi holiday complex on the right. BY TRAIN From the Assisi/Santa Maria Degli Angeli train station Green Village Assisi holiday complex is located approximately 3 Km from the Assisi/Santa Maria Degli Angeli train station. Upon request a shuttle can be arranged to pick up guests at 9 am, at noon or at 4 pm that will take them to McDonalds, located about 200 metres from the holiday complex.
