"Rats in the square. - A lovely campsite and a great location. Unfortunately there are rats in the canal that runs through the campsite at the waterfront pitches. The rats run around between the tents looking for food. When we made the hosts aware of the problem they were very surprised, but when we subsequently spoke to other campers they told us that they had also complained about the problem without anything being done about it... There are "only" 2 working family bathrooms for the entire campsite.

Every day brings an exciting new experience at Hagen Strand Camping. We will do our utmost to ensure that you make the most of everything the surrounding countryside has to offer. We believe that the woods and beaches are the world’s best playground. We therefore often organise trips with nature guides and others who know the local area well. We will also be delighted to help you plan walking or bicycle trips that allow you to see more of the region.
