"There you go! - Well! We went to this campsite at the end of the season. We arrived in the evening, where we were able to do our check in via a machine! Big plus point. It was very empty on the campsite. It is nice for children, there is a big playground and a nice swimming pool. Unfortunately the sanitary facilities left a lot to be desired. The campsite is still quite expensive at the end of the season! The site is off the beaten track. You need a car or are a good cyclist!

"Not worth 5 stars - The campsite did not live up to its own claim (5 stars and "Danmarks bedste Campingplads 2018"). The expectations associated with this were not met. Especially the much-praised luxury wash houses (exclusively for platinum guests) were often dirty. For the additional costs (hot water) you often only got lukewarm water. The fact that this problem is known does not help in the moment under the cold shower. I expect from a 5 star place that this problem is fixed or the additional costs are dropped. Because the stay is expensive enough as it is.

"Assessment - A couple, were from 23.8.-27.8.16 on this place. We liked it very much, everything was fine, but you should take other reviews more seriously. The trouble started at the billing - as already described by others. Despite ACSI, we were really charged. We had to pay for the swimming pool, shower time was far too short--second card swipe--payment despite only showering once in the time. Then we were charged €5 when we settled the bill with Mastercard. When I asked to cancel, I wanted to pay by EC card, but they were unwilling to do so--not possible, we won't do it. I can only advise everyone to discuss the costs to be incurred in advance despite ACSI and to ask for a price list of the additional costs, which was only given to me AFTER my complaint. I have the feeling that there is a method behind it. The ACSI price of €15 became €26 per day. Even W-lan had to be paid extra at €2.50 per day, which is free at most campsites. A cheap price is offered and then slammed. Keep your eyes open on this pitch. A couple

Profile

First Camp Hasmark Strand welcomes you to Funen. Hasmark Strand is a large, modern and child friendly campsite on Funen. We have everything within activities and experiences for the whole family, whether you like action, relaxation, good food or Danish …cosines. Our Viking theme makes it fun for children, we even have a Viking ship for them to play on, bouncy cushions to hop on and several other playgrounds to choose from! Both children and adults enjoy the large 650m2 indoor waterpark. We have a Bistro, service minded waiters and a real Viking atmosphere and the shop at our campsite have a god variety of daily groceries and other possible needed things. During the summer we have an activityprogram with shows, kids club and work out. This is a good opportunity to gather the family and enjoy the cosines together and to experience the authentic camping atmosphere and finding new acquaintances at our campsite. The beach is right next to us and with a new beach oasis where there is a good opportunity to make a picnic. We are looking forward to welcoming you! We always recommend pre-ordering, but it is not a requirement. We welcome drop-in guests, but can not guarantee available capacity.
