"Overvalued - It was a bad decision to go on vacation there. It's not suitable for that. The place is more for a stopover between Italy and Holland; between north and south.

"Large CP with a few pitches for NON-permanent campers - We wanted to visit the Ulm area for a long weekend. The campsite is very large and with 95% permanent campers, it quickly reached its limit for day or weekend guests.

"Not recommended - Not recommended by me. The high price is not justified. As a single traveler you have to pay the full 40 € like couples. Little offered on the site in summer there is a swimming pool but that's it

"Unfortunately not recommended - On Saturday there was a party with really bad music. Many songs were even played twice. The campsite was blasted with music until 1am. The replacement cocktail mixers were nice but not professional and unfortunately the drinks weren't either. We could see our daughter from the campsite, but as she is not 10 she was not allowed to go to the playground alone, which had a midday rest and Max. It can be used until 18.00. I would almost describe it as hostile to children.

"Heidehöflein - The mobile home we rented was very comfortable and clean. The reception was very friendly. The campsite is beautifully situated and has a special flair.

"Nice campsite but there are better ones - Very large campsite mainly characterized by permanent campers. Unfortunately, some of the pitches are very unkempt. The vacation pitch in the front area is unfortunately directly on the road which can be very noisy at night. The site is not far from the A8 and is ideal for a stopover when passing through. The restaurant serves delicious pizza and pasta. The small camping store is also well stocked with lots of regional and fresh products. However, the sanitary facilities and showers should be cleaned more often and not during peak times. The wash house right by the swimming pool was closed on Saturday mornings for basic cleaning - sorry but that's not on. Other places are cleaned between 04:30 and 06:30. I also find the garbage times very poor, as sometimes it just doesn't work out in time because you're out and about. The reception was friendly and nice and there are lots of things to do in the area. In my opinion, 4 stars are not justified - but we would be happy to come back for a stopover.
