"Short vacation in August - We stayed at this campsite in mid-August for a short family vacation. We received a friendly welcome. The operator showed us our pitch in person. The site is very clean and the sanitary building has obviously been newly renovated. There is a restaurant on site with a good price-performance ratio and a bread roll service. Excursions on foot and by car are possible.

"Special location - We came across the site by chance while traveling through to Italy. Great location and sanitary facilities. Quiet pitches and nice restaurants right on the site.

"Short overnight stay - The village is also very appealing. There is a village store and even a butcher's shop. Our dog was welcomed with a food package. There is an extra playroom for children and a fitness room for the sporty ones. There is also a solarium

"Short vacation in the Franconian Forest - Beautiful small campsite in the Franconian Forest. Quiet location, separate pitches for vacationers. Bread roll service available. Very good sanitary facilities. Great opportunity for cycling, hiking and relaxing.

"Very nice small family campsite - We stayed at the site for 5 days in May and 5 days in June and always had a very good rest. Nice large pitches, partly shady. The site is mainly used by people passing through for one night, as the highway is only 5 km away. This is actually a shame, as the surrounding area is also worth a vacation. The staff are very friendly and helpful, there is no hustle and bustle. The new sanitary facilities are excellent. There is a sun bed, reading room and playroom for small children in a separate staircase. The chivalrous restaurant with a wonderful beer garden invites you to linger, price and performance are right here. The bakery, butcher and a small supermarket are within 5 minutes walking distance.

Unser Campingplatz liegt am Ortsrand von Issigau im Frankenwald und ist nur ca. 5 Km von der Autobahn A9 entfernt. Er bietet sich an für Tagesausflüge in die neuen Bundesländer oder in die Tschechei. Ausflüge zum einzigen Besucherbergwerk im Naturpark …Frankenwald, den Friedrich-Wilhelm-Stollen, das wildromantische Höllental mit seinem legendären Hirschsprung, den Beginn des Frankenweges so wie den Beginn des Rennsteiges und die historische Dorfkirche in Issigau mit seiner Kasemattendecke sind ohne Auto zu erreichen.
