"Very pleasant and relaxing days - I immediately felt welcome here. The campsite is not too big, which I found very pleasant. All the infrastructure that is important to me when camping is available. Even the location by the lake with a beautiful Allgäu panorama is great. I would love to come back!

"Beautiful, cozy campsite - the pitch is not too big, cozy, clean and located directly on the lake. It is decorated with loving details (e.g. beautifully trimmed hedges and trees). The owner family is very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable - highly recommended!

You will find excellent parking plots with about 90 …-100 square meters, and dust-free roads with lighting. From May 2009, two newly furnished apartments with Balckong and views overlooking lake.

Die Anfahrt zu unserem Campingplatz erfolgt problemlos über die Autobahn A7 aus Richtung Ulm oder Füssen über das Autobahndreieck Allgäu - Abfahrt Nummer 136 in Richtung Lindau-Oberstdorf (BAB 980/B19). Nach 5 km auf der A 980 Richtung Lindau kommt die …Abfahrt Waltenhofen Oberstdorf. Hier geht es dann weiter in Richtung Waltenhofen auf der B 19. Sie fahren durch Waltenhofen hindurch auf die Kreisstraße OA 22 Richtung Memhölz-Niedersonthofen ab. Sie folgen der Straße weiter bis sie am Ortsende von Memhölz links auf die Zufahrt zum Insel Camping abbiegen und nach 1,0 km bei uns eintreffen. Anreise mit der Bahn: Bahnstation Oberdorf - Waltenhofen zu Fuß - Rad 2 km; mit Pkw 7 km
