"Relaxing vacation with a dog - It is a car-free site with spacious pitches. Water and waste water on the pitch, as well as free WiFi and a TV connection. Trees provide sufficient shade and wind protection. Very clean and modern sanitary facilities in sufficient quantity. The forest is within walking distance and the beach is easy to reach after a short bike ride. The site is a little away from the beach, but has the advantage that it is quiet and there is none of the usual entertainment. There is a great water playground for children next to the wash house, which was always well attended. A small mini market is within walking distance and offers everything you need. The cycle paths on Texel are well marked and you can get around without a map. I don't need to write anything about the advantages of Texel here. With the exception of the strict dog regulations, it's a great place to relax.

"Great place - Stayed at the campsite at the end of August. Here you will find a campsite where you feel very well looked after and can relax. The sanitary buildings are always clean. There are no shopping facilities on site, so you either have to get bread rolls by bike or think about what you want to eat for breakfast the day before. Every now and then a mobile food stall comes by offering food. We didn't try it, but it looked delicious.

"Campsite for campers looking for absolute relaxation. - We (my wife, my daughter aged 14 and I) have been coming to this campsite regularly since 2013 and will continue to do so in the future. The site is very well maintained and the sanitary facilities are always clean (even in high season). The operators (family business) are super friendly and absolutely helpful. Most of the campers on the site are Dutch (you meet many of them there every year) and they always gave us a warm welcome.

"Ideal for families with small children - A centrally located campsite on Texel - between Den Burg and De Koog. Approx. 3 km to the beach in a quiet wooded area. Very clean sanitary facilities, very clean campsite. Cars only allowed for arrival and departure. Shopping facilities/supermarket, fresh bread rolls, restaurant within 10 minutes walking distance. There is a central playground on the campsite for children up to around 5 years old. Other playgrounds within walking distance. It's not so exciting for older children from 6 years ;-)

Het terrein heeft verschillende velden, omringd door boomsingels, waar zowel tenten als caravans welkom zijn. De ruime kampeerplaatsen (minimaal 100 m2) liggen langs de rand van het veld, …het middengedeelte blijft vrij. Kampeerterrein 't Woutershok beschikt over comfortplaatsen. Dit wil zeggen dat uw kampeerplaats voorzien is van een watertappunt, aansluiting op het riool om vuilwater te lozen en een tv-aansluiting. Daarnaast kunt u maximaal 16 ampère stroom afnemen.

Midden in de Texelse natuur, dichtbij het strand ’t Woutershok is gesitueerd aan de rand van het Texelse bos en behoort tot het Nationaal Park De Duinen van Texel. Fietsen, bos en strand Als u het terrein af fietst, hebt …u meteen aansluiting op het uitgebreide fietspadennet van Texel. Zo fietst u in minder dan 10 minuten naar het strand. Ook Den Burg, het grootste dorp met vele winkeltjes en restaurants, is gelegen op slechts een paar kilometer. Op slechts 2,5 km treft u Den Burg (het grootste dorp op Texel). Een kleine supermarkt treft op circa 500 meter van de camping.
