"Quiet place - We had booked a camping cottage with 2 beds for an overnight stay. The location is great. Totally quiet, which was very pleasant for us. The staff are very nice. Everything is clean and well-kept. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The price was reasonable at 420 kr.

"Small, but very fine - A small site in the middle of the forest. Very quiet, no permanent campers. Beautiful pitches, separated by hedges. Nicely equipped camper kitchen. Shopping, food and supplies 4 km away in Mellerud. Lake Vänern is approx. 6 km away. Numerous excursion destinations in the surrounding area, for example Dals Rostock and Dalsland Canal.

"Nice quiet place - This is the perfect place for anyone who wants to relax. But apart from hiking and relaxing, there's nothing else. Very friendly reception. Unfortunately not German speaking. I liked it despite the somewhat high price for what was on offer. W-Lan is not available

"Rest and relaxation - A lovely place for anyone looking for peace and relaxation. Everything is very well maintained. The staff is very friendly (they speak Swedish and English). Shopping is done in Mellerud, about 7km away. Bread rolls are available to order on site. Leisure activities. ... of course there are many opinions. Shopping, cinema etc. (by train 1 hour to Gothenburg) are rather limited. If you like hiking, fishing, cycling or just want to enjoy the scenery, you've come to the right place. The place is also often used by travelers passing through. Points are deducted in the B grade. Only two toilets and showers each for men and women.

"Clean, very lovingly furnished - Clean and tidy sanitary facilities. Very nice lounge for guests, spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Good meadow for tents. Only quiet noise from the main road. Good place for passing through.

Welcome to Kerstins Camping, a converted farm dating back to 1567 near Mellerud, in the middle of scenic Dalsland! In our quiet courtyard environment, we offer well-sized, well-marked camping pitches on flat ground for tents, caravans and motorhomes. Gathered in …a small holiday village you find our traditional camping cabins and the winterized self-catering cabins, which provide good comfort during both pre- and post-season. For those of you who love to camp but still want a little extra comfort, we suggest you try Glamping á la Kerstins! Welcome!
