"Well organized - The site is an ideal starting point for hiking or cycling tours in the surrounding area or in the Harz Mountains. There are train connections to various surrounding towns. A supermarket is just under one kilometer away from the site. The sanitary facilities are cleaned regularly and are therefore in good condition. The grass paved footpaths are partly worn out and difficult to walk or drive on if you roll your toilet tank on the way to the disposal station.

"Very nice campsite - We were there for the weekend on the recommendation of a friend. It was a great decision. The site is in the middle of Thale and has a quiet, idyllic atmosphere. You can reach all the sights by bike. Or the cable cars. The sanitary facilities were in a very good and clean condition. We were particularly pleased with the friendly staff, who provided great support from booking to the end of our stay. We would love to come back

"Light and shadow - The site is nicely laid out. Unfortunately, everything on the site is actually too narrow: the pitches, the paths. The rest: disadvantages.

"Ideal starting point for hikes - We chose the campsite because of its good location. From there you can easily reach most of the hiking trails around Thale. The campsite is highly praised in most descriptions. We can't quite underline that. But basically you feel you are in good hands.

"Good campsite in the Bode Valley - the campsite gets 4.5 stars, because the absolute accessibility is still missing, as a stopover for a few days we would definitely choose it, the staff was friendly

"Best CP in the Harz - If you are looking for peace and quiet and yet do not want to be far out of the city, this is the right place. A fine little site, clean and lovingly laid out with very good access to the town and shopping facilities within a 10-minute walk. We love this campsite and have been coming here for many years - my absolute favorite campsite.

Unseren Naturcampingplatz haben wir nach nur 5-monatiger Bauzeit im April 2007 eröffnet. Er umfasst eine Gesamtfläche von ca. 25.000 qm. Zwischen unserer wildromantischen Bode und dem Wendhusenkloster-Komplex liegt er umgeben von einem alten Baumbestand, im Altstadtbereich der Mythenstadt Thale. Die …Standplätze wurden nach neuesten Richtlinien erstellt und verfügen über einen Stromanschluss. Das Rezeptions- und Sanitärgebäude hält alles für Sie bereit. Neben Dusch- und Toilettenrämen bieten wir einen Waschmaschinenraum und einen Abwaschraum. Im Sport- und Freizeitbereich bieten wir Ihnen einen kleinen Fuß- und Basketballplatz sowie eine Tischtennisplatte. Ein reichhaltiges Ausflugsprogramm für schönes und auch mal nicht so schönes Wetter halten wir für Sie bereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, ca. 10 Fußminuten entfernt.
