"I won't be going there again... - Idyllic and close to the city, but unfortunately poor cleanliness in the sanitary area (old soap residues / cobwebs, other dirt) and general need for renovation (toilets do not work properly, sink without water, temperature not adjustable, power boxes do not close, site plan is outdated, etc.), garbage can undersized, telephone. Incorrect information from staff and lack of customer orientation with regard to problem solving. Numerous oak trees on the pitch, therefore certainly pleasantly shady in summer, in the fall due to falling and then lying acorns (they are apparently not removed) severely limited usability of the pitches.

"Knaus - When registering something should be changed, stood at shortly after 2 pm at the registration with 3 other campers in front of a locked door (registration at 3 pm sharp) and there were also no alternative options for other people furthermore there is no W-LAN on the pitch and had very high lawn and the last lawn cut was still lying around (mowed without basket). Caravan was therefore always very dirty. Privacy zero people have fished with us on the water and many have walked with the dog directly over the place of us, which is no wonder if our dog then barks a lot.

"Very good - Location very nice, sanitary facilities were clean, staff friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended as a stopover or short trip. Shopping facilities and restaurants etc. in the immediate vicinity and within easy walking distance. As a couple, we thought it was a bit of a shame that we only stayed one night. Unfortunately we arrived a little late on the day of arrival. We would have liked to have been given a small overview of the schedule (e.g. breakfast, when it is) or a brief insight into the barrel. We had camping chairs with us, but there was a garden set under the bed. Unfortunately we didn't know that - but it's not dramatic. Just a little note for the next guests that you might have a note like this with a little introduction. Another thing we noticed was that there were no garbage cans and the possibility of throwing away cigarette butts. Otherwise everything was great!

"Een verzorgde Knauscamping - Een goede camping, perfect toilet gebouw, de hagen stonden een beetje wild en hoog maar dat en de 2 eikenbomen achter ons toch toch redelijk verkoelend met die 2 hitte dagen (34gr) Wij hebben een goed verblijf gehad op de Knauscamping en een gezellig stadje met goede restaurants,winkels en vooral aan de Dom een heerlijke ijsrestaurant. "very nice and quiet, not such a mass operation - We spent the night in a wine barrel right on the water. We had our own shower and WC in a barrel. It was also quite reasonably priced. You could pick up a breakfast box at the reception.

Der KNAUS Campingpark Haren / Ems liegt direkt an einem Angelsee in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum und Yachthafen. Auch die Nähe zur niederländischen Grenze oder die direkte Umgebung laden zu spannenden Ausflügen ein: z. B. mit der MS Amisia auf der Ems oder „Fietsen via Knooppunten“, einer länderübergreifenden Radtour nach Knotenpunkten.
