"Trade fair visit - I was on site for two days/nights during the IT-SA. Everything went well. The pitch, grass pitch, was a bit soggy but still easy to drive on. The sanitary facilities are a bit outdated, but clean. I would come again

"Beautifully situated place - Despite our criticism of the sanitary facilities, we would come again. Above all, the location of the site is simply fantastic, just a short walk to the Allianz Arena and the exhibition grounds. One small criticism, please signpost the entrance to the site better and widen the access road, it is quite narrow.

"Disappointing - A minimum of hospitality in practice would have been nice. In addition, the campsite rules (if there are any) should be adhered to. For me, tidiness and above all cleanliness is a basic requirement on a campsite.

Profile

Discovering the historic old town of Nurenberg and staying in idyllic, quiet surroundings right in the middle of Nurenberg is quite something. Travellers on the way to the Alps or Italy can also have a nice stopover here. The KNAUS …Nurenberg campsite is located in the middle of the Dutzendteich national park between the Franken stadium, the stadium baths and the exhibition centre. As a result it is very easy to reach from the motorway (exit Nürnberg-Fischbach, Nürnberg-Langwasser or Nürnberg-Süd). The old town and castle of Nurenberg are just 5km away and can be easily reached using public transport. The campsite is 250m from the exhibition centre, surrounded by a quiet wooded area. The stadium outdoor swimming pool is directly adjacent to the campsite. The Nurenberg Franken stadium, the stadium baths and the new ""Nurenberg Arena"" (an ice-hockey stadium) can easily be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes. Well-marked cycle paths lead to the centre and the surrounding region. Your pets are also welcome on the allotted pitches! The KNAUS Nurenberg campsite is open all year round.
