"A hidden pearl - The site is in an extremely quiet location, just a few kilometers from the freeway. It is a spacious site with a nice, open atmosphere. The sanitary facilities are new. Attention has been paid to small details that we have not seen on any other campsites: A toilet with a slightly raised seat for older people, a coffee machine - also for your own cups, simple cozy accommodation such as the cubes or the roof tents on a fixed base (great idea!), ordering breakfast pastries completely uncomplicated, sale of ready-made soups in a glass etc. The catering (Mexican) was very simple but sufficient for our purpose. You can tell that the operator lives and loves camping, the place is slowly improving step by step, authentic, friendly, relaxed and does what makes sense. At night you can hear the frogs croaking in the pond. Very good value for money. Cool camping!

Profile

Idyllisch und ruhig gelegener Naturcampingplatz mit Badesee, kleinem Kiosk und Biergarten nur 6km von der A93 entfernt. Von April bis Oktober bieten wir Brötchenservice auf Vorbestellung, einen Kaffeevollautomaten mit 12 leckeren Sorten und einen fränkischen Bier-, Getränke- und Snackautomaten. Probiert …unsere leckeren Gerichte im Glas zum selber erhitzen von der Spitzenmetzgerei Schmidkunz mit eigener Schlachtung aus Selb. Es gibt einen kleinen Vintage-Spielplatz auf der Liegewiese am Badesee, zwei öffentliche Grillstellen mit überdachten Sitzgelegenheite sowie gebührenfreies WLAN. Unser Campingplatz ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Fahrrad- und Motorradtouren rund um den Kornberg, in das Fichtelgebirge, den Frankewald, die nördliche Oberpfalz oder in das benachbarte Tschechien. Die Sanitäranlagen wurden 2022 komplett saniert und sind 24h geöffnet. Für die Duschen wird ein Transponder benötigt den ihr gegen 10€ Pfand bei der Anmeldung an der Rezeption erhaltet. 20 Sekunden Duschen kosten 0,10€. Kosten fallen nur an wenn Wasser läuft. Wir freuen uns auf euren Besuch!
